how your son got admission into university. I mean did he submit his SAT test score or high school GPA?

i’m from texas and i’m considering MSU for this fall. Are the winters as unbearable as people say they are? and how do ppl get to classes in the winter? the weather is my only concern atm
I mean, we are in the Midwest, so we get hit with some pretty cold winters (below 0 sometimes) but it should not be a deterrent! There is a very frequent bus schedule that takes you all over campus that will keep you warm on your commute, and a lot of classes are within a short walking distance from the dorms (we also have heated sidewalks!). Just make sure to bring a hat, boots, and a warm winter coat and hope to see you in the fall ;)

I've always absolutely hated the emphasis on sports. You have to this, you can't do that, your expected to ... No thanks.

Nope! I went in blind and it worked out amazingly! Just make sure to set boundaries and make a contract w them - Sam
Brody is a great dormitory complex on campus. I walked around that area on Grand River many times. Also, the basketball arena is right across the street from Brody. Go green!🤪🤪🤪
I need help! My girl will be attending this fall and is going into engineering. She is very quite and kinda social awkward. What dorm would be best for her? Thanks.
I got you! I (Sam) am currently in the College of Engineering. Most engineers are encouraged to live in Wilson Hall on South Campus their freshmen year and are given an early signup date to secure their rooms here (through CoRe). All of the freshmen advisors for engineering are in the basement and her first few courses will also be offered in Wilson!

@@user-el2iu5pi5f my junior year was when Covid was still prominent so they had two options of SAT or no SAT, so i think i just submitted my gpa and wrote my essay from what i remember
Is east the only dormitory with quads?
Yes! East is the only one with quads, but most neighborhoods have suites that are two doubles connected with a bathroom if you are looking for something similar.
@@samandfriends I have 3 other friends and we wanted to form together but we were wondering if we could do quads somewhere else or something similar
@@augustboyd8458 I believe you can sign up for a quad in Akers on East Campus, but if you wanted to do suite-style on another part of campus you guys would just have to sign up in two rooms next to each other that share the bathroom! Unfortunately as of right now with COVID-19, they are only doing single rooms but with improvements in the future you all should be able to be in a quad/suite together!

yes there are! you just have to choose early but there are single rooms in most of the dorms or you can buy out a two person!
