I had a hard time at the concert, but it was worth it, and I know how to enjoy myself more next time. I'm not sure if this will be helpful but I once was told not to worry about what other people think of me because most people are so wrapped up in their own thoughts and issues. Like the "wise man", Theo said everybody is struggling..... to some degree. He had another good point, if you focus on other people it's nearly impossible to think so much about yourself. I don't know what your chronic illness is and it's none of my business but remember, you deserve to have a good life just as much as anybody else does...... unless you're pure evil 👹 and somehow you don't come across like that. I could be wrong. 😉😉 Good luck with your uphill battle. It does sound like you're trying hard to make a better life for yourself. Hope I'm not a wet blanket, but corn is definitely NOT a veggie, it's a grain, and it's got lots of sugar, hence the addiction factor. Corn is a major cause of inflammation, and can lead to body pains and even feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as breathing issues for people with Mast Cell issues. The more ya know! Dairy and wheat do these things as well. Pass this shit on, gang, we need more people to know that food choices can be one of the biggest factors in chronic physical and mental illnesses.

Hope I'm not a wet blanket, but corn is definitely NOT a veggie, it's a grain, and it's got lots of sugar, hence the addiction factor. Corn is a major cause of inflammation, and can lead to body pains and even feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as breathing issues for people with Mast Cell issues. The more ya know!
