the jump is great i like it a lot they needs fix the ending there a little bit cause ya know u kinda arrive and pads r up still when the sound effects r still in play etc etc and not 100% smooth but it’s amazing i do like it alot

I’m I the only one that wishes the jumps a good 5-10 mins… like that’s so relaxing I could make a tea… but if they do that they should double the jump range

Hey man if you throttle your internet connection all the way down as you enter hyperspace you can actually do this, I highly recommend.

That behemoth literally uses titanic electromagnetic energy to open a portal into the spirit world and then uses that plane to travel to another point in regular space. 😂
3:15. Am I seeing things or does it look like they screwed up the timing for the "Flash" that is seen before the portal should open?
I also think I am hearing things, the surge normally heard before the "Flash" can also be heard around the same time.
Kind of kills the immersion when your head is screaming "ITS A BUG!"
Other than that it was pretty cool! I do like the interiors.

In some videos you can hear the flash but it lags at the same time skipping the flash, maybe they removed to to reduce the lag spike until it has been fixed?
You're moving into a massive cloud. I'm pretty sure there are visual effects to see for those who also watch it leave.
The flash and the sound that accompanies it are broken afaik. They should be triggered as the portal is opened. Not as the portal is entered

Is this a mod or Odyssey only? I'm on Playstation (legacy). Just bought a carrier. Took my first jump and didn't get the deck view option. I wss sad, to say the least.
Odyssey. Remember that mods for multiplayer games cannot be game changing, maybe different interiors for ships but that is about it. It cannot let you do something others cannot.
I haven't kept up with this game for a while when did they add the bridge stuff last I saw it all needed to be done via your ship

In Odyssey you can explore the bridge of a carrier similar to space stations. They can also have services if the owner has chosen to install them, they would be located behind the shown room of the bridge area.
How much time did u need to buy these?

@@Vihktor that's how I'm making my $$$. I did 5 hours yesterday and walked away with a god 790 mil after the 25% interstellar deduction (1 billion before deduction). Twas nice. Just 9 more days of that and I'll be set up for a good long while.

how are yo able to afford this beast of a ship my guy. i am trying so hard to make money in elite and only have 500 million. if i see how much you need to even maintain a fleet carrieer, i won't ever fly one :(.
I initially got the required 6b by stacking a bunch of mining missions that asked for materials you could buy for a decent price. Then completing them with a wing of four the investment per CMDR becomes quite low. Being in a squadron helps, especially if it has a decent roster of players who can join you for missions.
However, I later acquired 20b by getting 10b worth of combat bonds from "Killing" thargoids (In reality, shooting it before someone else does it in) and then doubling it through a powerplay bonus. My friend was able to make 1.3b in one night just running with the AXI people. He does not even have an engineered ship.
