Almost Stuck! ThyssenKrupp/Northern Elevator - Canadian Museum for Human Rights

When I called this elevator (on floor 6) the indicator said 7 and just as I called it, it changed to 8 and then changed back to 7 a second later. I thought that was just a small glitch but then I noticed it do it again and then it started changing to random numbers on the indicator and trying to answer our call without being on our floor so I decided to start recording. I was expecting it to fix itself once it opened but it turns out it was going to do it all the way down. It went down all little bit, then would stop in between floors and the indicator would go back and forth between floors. Near the end it was barly moving and was stopping for a long time which made me think that we did get stuck.
There was a staff member watching who probably called the desk who then called us in the elevator. Right after this, the elevator went back up (doing the same thing) and then they shut it down on the fifth floor.
