- In today's video, we take out one of the big bottlenecks for the Enchanter Epic quest... Vessel Drozlin. He has a very long respawn timer that ranges from 2-7 days. I was lucky to catch him on a quake and got the whole thing recorded.

Just found this! Congrats (4 months later) on getting VD. Just watching you do this gave me goose bumps from all the times I helped folks out in our guild.
I found on green that VD may take up to 10 minutes to spawn after a quake, it's not an instant notification which is why we put quake notices into our discord scripts to notify of quakes. Because sitting there for 5 days waiting for him to spawn is insanity.

Yea not all of the epic mobs were double dropping. I only got one rod during holiday as well.
Didn't realize you could even touch him with spells so I just chain runed Golia till Drozlin was dead.

The Troopers work better as pets for killing Vessel. Charm one of the two at the zone in then gate down to vessel and your pet will warp to you about 5 seconds later, send it and he can usually win without any heals/bedlams. At most you'll need to reaper it once to keep it alive. I used to sell Verina/Vessel kills on blue a couple years ago, had them both locked down for months pretty much. As for the bots you mentioned, my log reader would text my phone when he spawned. It was awesome plat, made around 3 million in a few months! Nice kill though!
edit: I would also recommend anyone trying this bring a wand of allure with you to recharm your pet if it breaks, and cast a mem blur periodically on vessel while your pet is fighting him so you dont get too much threat on him. If charm breaks and your threat is high, you're dead. Keep your pet targeted between casts on Vessel as well so you can instant recharm on a break with the wand.
edit 2: Make sure to dispel Vessel and drain all of his mana as fast as possible. He can dispel and if he dispels charm you're gonna have a bad time. Keep draining his mana periodically after he hits 0 so he doesn't tick back up, his lowest mana cost spell is dispel so he will always try to cast it again as soon as he regens enough mana to do so.
We ran several runs on VD using Troopers and Crusaders on p99 green. We found that there's zero difference. Crusaders are the optimal route with this rule set. Maybe different on live/blue.
@@robertnelson4460 I'm pretty surprised to hear that actually. The troopers quad attacking vs dual attacking on the crusaders always made a massive difference when I was doing it on blue. I watched people do it with Crusaders in the past there and it seemed to take at least 50% longer. I haven't really played much in a few years though. ~ Feyenu

Yeah most people use Gina or custom scripts that can monitor logs to send texts emails etc. I ended up getting mine by just binding near the docks, gated after a quake and I got FTE. Wand of allure is your failsafe. Pet should win hasted and torched with minimal healing.
