The best live performance they ever made gotta be En Livstid I Krig. Pretty emotional. It's Swedish, but it has subtitles that you can turn on, which I also recommend.

One of the first Sabaton songs I ever heard and I still love it to this day. I found Sabaton about 5 years ago and have yet to hear a bad song from them! Also as a history fanatic they suit me just fine!
I think my least favorite song of theirs is price of a mile and that’s only because it’s repetitive which is kinda the point I think.
This was the second song I've heard from them (the first one being White Death), love it to this day, though it's far from my favourite.
You definitely need to give attack of the dead men a listen.

The amount of emotions and stories Sabaton can tell are insane. I recommend "To Hell and Back" a story about Audie Murphy a WW2 soldier who had earned every possible reward, came back and even played himself in a movie about well himself. Also "White Death" the story of a Finnish sniper with over 250 confirmed kills (he states around 500 people shot in his memoir) in WW2 name Simo Häyhä. He survived a hit from an explosive bullet that fragmented and destroyed his jaw leaving him scarred. The man lived to be 92 and only died recently in 2002. He is one of the highest kill counts of any sniper but the real kicker is that he was only active in the war for a single year's time from late 1939-40 during the "winter war" in Finland where a Soviet invasion happened.

Bad ass song
This song got me into sabaton. It was I believe 2017 and I saw one of these ‘into the motherland’ meme edits. I believe it was a line of ducks walking through a gate that had the chorus dubbed over it. So I looked up the song, and I found out who they were, rest is history
The last stand album has some great songs and songs that get you fired up. 40:1, Uprising, and Lost Batallion are great choices.
Military mimes, psychically build cages around the foe, pushing them around, stringing them up...a gruesome thing, truly.

The one song that I love from Sabaton is Hearts of Iron. The story of a German general who disobeyed orders to save the citizens in his defense area. This action took place during the Battle of Berlin.
Yeah this song has a very catchy chorus, got stuck in my head for a couple weeks after hearing it
Great War is a tremendous song too, I do love that one.
"Uprising" live 2012 Woodstock is a good one along with "Ghost Division"(you've already heard this one but still its worth a watch) and "40:1" also 2012 Woodstock
If you want to react to some live song from Sabaton I think that "En Livstid I Krig (Live - The Great Tour - Gothenburg)" with the subtitles on is a great start.

I just found your channel, dude your voice is cool af lol especially in the intro, and I love these Sabaton reactions. Sabaton isn’t just a Swedish National treasure but an international treasure. They draw people from many countries who might’ve fought each other in the past, together with respect for those who fought.
I do not know if it's copyright friendly, but there is a channel called Knight SGC Archive. He makes music videos for Sabaton songs that usually only get a lyric video. I love the way he uses either historic footage or movie clips to bring Sabatons songs to live. Even if it's not copyright friendly, I hope you'll check it out sometime!
In the beginning you reference the Egyptian like guitar rift… though German tanks were used to conquer Europe, it the Erwin Rommels conquest of Egypt that truly brought fame to tank on tank combat.

I would really love hearing you being the voice for movie trailers, doing the "coming soon to a theater near you" As for your first Sabaton live video I would highly recommend Swedish Pagans. It´s not only one of their best songs but also an ongoing theme through their live videos as the fans and band tries to force Joakim to sing it and he pretends he hates that song and doesn´t want to sing it.

This was the first Sabaton song I ever heard. It was on a Spotify Rammstein playlist. Loved it first listen, loved it enough to look into the band, still love it now. So I can happily say this is my favorite song by them as well.
I fucking love seeing people get into Sabaton songs. Their songs are always about actual war history. Something I love learning. Which drew me to Sabaton to start with. And seeing videos like yours makes me smile beyond control.

If you want a live video En livstid I krig Is the definition of powerful you can see the joy in the bands faces and body movements by how the crowd reacts , the story is a POV story about a Swedish soldier In the 30 years war.

If you are to check out 1 single livevideo (which by the way is ridiculous ;-) ...Then check out their Woodstock concert in Poland from 2012....Songs: "Uprising" and "Ghost Division"...Joakim (the singer) says in the concert that he has got information from the festival crew , that there are more people in that very concert (last day of Woodstock festival 2012) ..then people living in the whole of the 2nd biggest Swedish city of Sweden (Gothenbourg) ..which has a population of 580 000...... Its just an amazing concert!!!...And Sabaton are one of the best livebands there is!!!
Going from Panzerkampf to Defense of Moscow would be very thematic, it's also a really good song, with a really great guitar solo.

Its the small stories out of Massive battles like this, the ones that talk of Personal heroism or villainy that I fined the most intriguing. One I know of was a Tiger 1 that was hit over one hundred times yet survived and made it back to a repair and resupply point under its own power. Now That's Built to last, I feel sorry for the crew. I am sure those Five Men put many otolaryngologist's kids through collage.

I have a friend who's grandfather Otto was probably in the Battle of Kursk. He failed to carry out an order of some kind so he and all but tanks commander as he said in the wrong were sent to Eastern Front. Stephen my friend never got to meet his grandfather Otto and mother Catherine never heard from her father after the letter saying he was off to Russia. Largest tank battle in history, I. I seriously can't imagine what it must've been like for the men on both sides, just pure hell on Earth most likely.
I like Sabaton because they remind us of the horrors of war and why deep down we should do our best to avoid it. Not saying be a pacifist tree hugger but I am saying at least understand there's no good or bad, just people who think they're right. But what is objectively right? Ask yourself that and you will know what is truly right.

In my worthless opinion, Ghost Division is perhaps the best introduction to their live shows.

Nice reaction, i like it. if you want more tanks, try Panzerbataillon, it's about operation desert storm when the united states drove with Abrams tanks up to Saddam Husseins doorstep and for your question about live shows: there is just one valid answer "en listvid i krig" a ballad about the life of a person during the 30year war, where a noble man could come up to a peasant and force him to serve and die in Battle. And in 30 years of war that's all you would have known, you are born, there is war, you turn 16, 17, 18 still war, now with you in the Frontline

Uh. Man, if you liked THIS one you gotta go listen to Stalingrad. And then maybe Gallipoli, but definitely Stalingrad. It's this same heavy plodding beat and it's also about the Soviet Union. On another note, great job pointing out the emphasis on the various words. I have a little background in Shakespeare (more than 20 years) and we do what's called "mining the script" where we look for the words that are most important and figure out just how to deliver a line correctly. When you do it right, it's SO satisfying. It's a teachable skill, too.
Since you mentioned live performances, may I recommend Into the Fire? Like, there's one Sabaton performance--I forget whether it's Wacken or Woodstock or something but it is THE most energetic performance of anything I have ever seen in my life. Into the Fire is a GREAT song.

Best song live depends on where you are, I asume you'd watch them in the States, so a song about the US would probably be the best for you since that would get the crowd going the most.
