I love those boots. Make sure you keep them oiled and or polished for their longevity. I like the looks of both laces. The yellow seemingly makes them look more industrial.
@@loneruggedkazuki I would recomnd dales leatherwork ones they are pretty wide some other ones are rose anvils I've used both and dales are a little wider and has more coverage plus alot more leather options only they cost a little more good luck with the patina and boots! Edit: changed name from bedos to dales leatherworks
If you like heritage boots, try Pacific NorthWest boots. Look into Frank's, Nick's, Wesco, and other PNW brands. You will appreciate the handmade craftsmanship, quality materials, and overall durability. Or move towards Alden of New England. Get those Indiana Jones boots that everyone loves to talk about.
As someone who worked in their Iron Rangers (terrible idea for the first 3 months) I wore the dickies crew work socks - just thick enough to be sturdier than a normal sock but not so massive as to make my feet feel squished

Thanks for the comment! I will!😎
I really enjoyed your iron ranger video.
Thanks! Glad you did!
I’ve not gone to the RedWing Chicago location yet, so that was cool to see. Nice boots!
Yes! The store clerk is very nice too👍
The boots look great i would invest in some kilties or false tongues sometimes the speed hooks and eyelits scratch holes in the tongue of the boot
Oh I actually just started looking into kilties (didn't even know the work until yesterday lol). Thanks for the advice!

Will do! I recently ordered a pair of boots from Truman Boot Co., but for my next pair after that I might get from those!
What socks do you find yourself comfortable using with the redwings iron rangers?
I wear UNIQULO long socks because they were all I had. They work just fine, but I would wear thicker socks if I were to try to break in another pair!
@@loneruggedkazuki thanks!

hi, is Iron Ranger is better then Moc Tow Boots?
I haven't tried the Moc Tow, so I couldn't say! I hear good things about them, tho
@@loneruggedkazuki Thanks for your reply. I'm still saving up for my first Red Wing boots thou. Not sure either moc toe or iron rangers🤔
@ Good luck! Make sure to measure your feet and choose correct sizing👍
Those boots need oil.
They do indeed!
