- A compilation of scenes from the award winning show ER,that I put together as some of the most powerful, emotional, and imo the best on the show
I do not own any of the material used and was used wo permission.
The finest medical show ever done. ER was the greatest. ❤❤❤❤
There have been some very good medical dramas on TV, but ER is the best.
Hands down the best tv show ever- the cast, the plot... Nothing new on tv even comes close to this.
I agree
Pratt’s character development doesn’t get talked about enough outside the fandom
Seriously, best show ever.
Can we all agree sally field is a complete acting gangster?
MARK WAS SO DAMN COLD. I was a HUGE ER fan and when he did this, I was just screaming WTF over and over again. Yeah, I know what led up to this, but DAMN!
The #46 scene should be at least on top10, it's one of the bests of the whole show.
Yup!
Sally Field such a great actress. :)
I love medical shows!! Ive watched every episode of MASH, ER, The Resident, Grey's Anatomy, House, Saving Hope, all of them. Idk if it's because I grew up around medicine and doctors and nurses or what but I know a lot about the medical field and have kept my CPR certification up since I was 16 and I'm 41 now.
Love this show 😊 how did no one notice when Kerry came out without her crutch
Point was that Kerry thought the crutch defined her. This showed her people saw her as a person not a cripple.
****F*ck being PC, yeah I said cripple ****
@@LadyRockville I would've chosen the scene where Kerry talks to Abby(?), before her surgery, where she's worried that she won't know who she is, without the (literal) crutch, I found that scene very powerful & relatable
The music with luka in Africa they played that in the pearl harbor movie
It's adagio for strings by samuel barber, it's a very popular piece for sad moments
It’s from platoon adagio for strings
@@ariaanise7489 Interesting that they used a vocal arrangement.
Luka in the Congo should be way higher.
Make your own list.
@@GoArmy87Why? Just made a comment. You triggered?
my favorite show ever!Thank you!
Thanks for this - all great moments. :)
Great acting by the doctor who was abused.---It's also important to remember here that although what he describes is the way a lot of peados work there are many people who do care and do a lot of good without having something else in mind. It's a sad reflection of the world we live in that nobody completely trusts anybody these days.
David Lyons is amazing!
Maravillosas series.
"You can't kill a man of God!"
E.R. was one of the best shows ever with so many powerful scenes! My only 'complaint' with this 1-50... how are there no scenes of Jeanie Boulet?!?
The fellow with the gun is from OZ and he is one damn good actor. He must’ve gotten OZ after this? I’m trying to think of years of series lol.
He is also commonly seen on the streets of all versions of Law and Order , as well as an 'unsub' on Criminal Minds
@@krystacn I thought I recognized him from somewhere! Must have been Criminal Minds. Thanks!
y'all forgot Shooting In The Waiting Room i was crying the whole time😭
I can relate when Mark let's the shooter die
my mom was sad when she realized their was only 15 seasons XD
Most elevators have cameras now right idk about back then but Green would of got caught
I was ok until Benton is signing to Reece that his mommy was dead. Ugh😢
When Iw atch ER I feel right at home. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they show "real" people with problems who still try to do their best for humans
where is 1-10? I like these a lot and really wanna see the last 10
Look
What episode was #44 from? Was it the one with the serial rapist of elderly women?
I've watched Dr. Greene let him die so many times, but something that didn't occur to me until this watching (probably because I only watch clips on TH-cam and have never seen entire episodes, let alone arcs): does Mark get questioned for stopping the elevator? I get faking life saving efforts (whether realistic or for TV) by discharging the paddles in the air, but how does he explain the elevator stopping without a concurrent storm or other reason for an outage? Or was there a perfectly reasonable explanation that I would know about if I'd have seen the episode?
I don't recall if they specifically asked him about the elevator stopping but in the next episode he was questioned about the incident before a large panel of doctors. Elizabeth was in the audience because she knew Mark had stopped the elevator intentionally. It was during an M&M (morbidity and mortality) They always have one when there was an incident or accidental death. Hope that answers your question a little.,
it might be procedure to hit the emergency stop, when one has to initiate resuscitation, I mean, wouldn't that make sense? not to be moving, when the doctor(s) & nurse(s) who would normally be present, are giving injections, doing CPR, bagging the patient, using the defibrillator?
I can’t remember what the guy did
@@katharinelagaly5382 killed multiple people and showed up at marks house trying to kill him because he blamed him and a social worker for losing his family because he was abusing them. endangered marks family so mark let him die.
He got scott free in a way but then again after that he got brain cancer so....
#45 is easily a top 10. Cmon, now 😐
I agree
Los vemos de Peru.
#50 should at least be top ten, Weaver losing the cane 49? Who made this list?
What is number 1
Alguien sabe cómo se llama la canción en la primera escena cuando traen a Carol???
The Rider ~ Henry Saiz
What's the episode and season with the doctor with the English or Australian accent?
Dr Corday - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_Corday
She start in season 4. And she from England.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Brenner, that scene is from s15e08.
Dr Corday was played by Alex Kingston who is English not Australian, Season 4.
In your "ER's 50 Most Powerful Moments", I cannot find the final 10-1. Did you not post those?
what was #46 from?
I liked.er because there it wasn't too dramatic and annoying as grey's can sometimes be
Sally Field is a bit over the top🤨
She had a disease. She reacted just like anyone with that Diease would react. She was Bipolar like really bad
.... Sally Fields. She was SoOo good at doing Sybil. Just listen to her voice. It's Sybil's.
I think Abby treated her mother like shit!
Je pense que la mère a traité sa fille comme de la merde. Sa folie n'excuse rien.
Seriously, her mom called her a bitch.
