after a few months, it stopped working, just heating and nothing else.. saw this video, followed his instructions. and it seem to have worked...it took a few days... trying different, ways,,, and i was able to fix it...we were thinking of buying another one since we had hundred of pods... so. I had called Kuerig.. saw the negative reviews on Walmart. and thier phone #.... they are sending me a new one... will keep this one..hopefully it is now back to work making coffee for us..and we will have a spare...
