Every woman kept asking “does Clayton really want a wife that acts like Shanae?” But I kept asking “After seeing Clayton’s lack of emotional intelligence and his horrible judge of character, why do any of you still want him as a husband!?”
It’s interesting how Shanae literally never talks about how much she likes Clayton or their connection. Its all “I’m winning” and “I’m beating her” and “this is a competition”. Like can you be more transparent.
If a whole house of women say that one woman is trouble/toxic… BELIEVE THEM! If he thinks they’re all lying, send them home and marry Shanae I guess.
oh my GOD him constantly walking away from conflict is such a red flag for me! he can't sit and handle when things get tough, imagine him in an argument while you're in a relationship. yikes.
While I don’t blame Clayton for Shanae, I’m sure the show told him to keep her. BUT… the fact that he walks away often IS a red flag. I’m not sure he has any conflict resolving skills. Not great for maintaining a strong relationship.
I’ve kept out of the Shanae stuff so far, but as someone who is neurodivergent it’s getting harder and harder to ignore. Shanae is every person who ever told me “they don’t believe me” who told me to “just suck it up” who saw my differentness as weakness and tried to use it against me. I enjoy a good villain, I really do. But it’s so tiring to watch a franchise that just barely survived a racism scandal, give a platform to blatant ignorance and ableism in favour of manufactured drama. I’m not even angry, just burned out.
Picking Shanae over Elizabeth isn’t something an underdog would do. I know Rodney would never pick Shanae over Elizabeth. Speaking of Rodney, I can see him and Tedi hitting it off on Paradise!!!
Him saying that the Shanae stuff is over had me rolling my eyes. He's not some naive boy, how can someone looking to be married also be that obnoxiously ignorant.
At what point does Clayton’s inability to see the true Shanae become a red flag for the other girls?
I feel bad for Elizabeth but she is definitely better off without Clayton
All the bachelor drama aside, It's hilarious how all your The Office references fit so well with what's happening on the show.
This season is such a contrast to Michelle's where she knew right away what everybody's deal was. Clayton here is clueless.

Imagine if in the moment Clayton gave a rose to Shanae, all the women collectively decided to forfeit their roses.
Shanae is truly delusional. She popped in for two seconds, directly communicated to one woman about the shrimp (who said thank you) and immediately left. How is that "everyone's bullying me" ???
More Jill and Gabby, less Shanae.

When he said " I don't know how to deal with this" . I'm not sure if I want my lead to say that. You had 30 women this season, it never occurred to you that something like this might occur? Really? It happens basically every season. Kind of a scary thing for the lead to say. The one thing that I don't think I would do is make out with a girl at a bar on a group date that she wasn't even on.
