LightWELD 1500 - FANUC CRX Wire Welding Bronze weldment

This is a weld we did today welding a bronze threaded rod to bronze plate with silicon bronze wire. We used the basic LightWELD 1500 for the weld and programmed with the LightBOT AP designed for use with the Fanuc CRX timeline programming system. This uses the new "no divot" at the end of weld technology we recently developed for wire welding with IPG Photonics LightWELD systems. Welding speed is 45/cm minute and wire speed is 100 cm/minute. User preset was developed with the IPG user interface that runs directly on the Fanuc tablet.
