LightWELD Double Wire Feeder with IPG LightWELD Combiner

This is a demo of the Double Wire Feeder for the IPG LightWELD system using the IPG combiner and dual .045 wires. The Double Wire Feeder uses one motor to drive two wire feed spools - keeping the wires in sync with each other. The other application for the Double Wire Feeder is to add material. Its very good at this function. The Double Wire Feeder is also standard with "no stick" wire function where the wire does not stick when the weld is completed.

Please make mote extensive welds on 6mm aluminium..cant be found on yt and there is almost no strenght test or penetration ..cut to show penetration ..
