this is very helpful - thanks. I've finally found a scooter which will fold down and fit in my locker at the gym. I did find a couple of others, the Riley R3 and the Walberg Urban XH1, but I think the Navee V40 is a sleeker design, and the very clever handlebar twist design is a major plus. I can't understand why not many other manufacturers have addressed this slimline storage issue.
Thanks to your video, I discovered that there was a screw behind the sticker to tighten the handlebars on the stem. But there's a design flaw When you fold the handlebars, this screw loosens and then there's play in the handlebars. How do you lock this screw? I've only ridden 10 km in 15 days, because the problem occurred immediately.
Hello, I'm not quite sure which screw you are referring to in order to tighten the handlebar to the stem. The lever should be the only thing that you lock and unlock to rotate the handlebar. If there's a screw then it should be tight all the time. You can use red loctite to permanently lock screw threads. If that doesn't solve it then something may be stripped.
@@ColinLeung I'm referring to the single screw just behind the handlebar lever, through the stem. This screw is hidden by a sticker. When I bought the scooter, the handlebars tightened nicely with the lever. But after unlocking the handlebars 10X, this screw loosened and the handlebars were loose, even when tightened with the lever. The threadlocker is probably a good idea. In the meantime, I put some glue on the screw head and put a sticker over it. But I know the screw will come loose again. It's poorly designed.
It looks to be the same, but labeled differently. I also saw these differences based on region. Rated/Max Power 350W/700W 250W/700W(Sweden) Max. Speed 32km/h(US version) 25km/h(EU version, Spain, France, UK) 20km/h(Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden)
You can double press the power button to change the modes. Currently the top speed is 19.9mph. I'm not aware of any other methods to unlock the max speed. Thanks
Unfortunately I am not aware of how to unlock the max speed on the EU version. Perhaps you can try changing your region settings, and download the US version?
Your from which country in EU cause i'm in France and it's limited to 25km/h bcz it's the limit in France. But if you're in another country where it's limited to 20km/h in the law, the scooter will only go up to 20km/h. Im pretty sure that there's a way to get it up to 25km/h even if ur in a country where it's illegal, but I recommend you to stay at 20km/h to not risking a confiscation. I which it was well write cause i struggle a lil bit in english (but i'm french so it's normal 😂😂)
It's decent. Most of these cheaper escooters perform the same, and struggle on steeper hills past 15 degree slopes. They'll go slower, or you'll have to provide assistance kicking.

Thanks for bringing that up. Yes, I can use both mph and kmh in the future. Most of my audience is in the United States, and they were upset the last time I used kmh instead of mph.

You're welcome. I assume it's cheaper to manufacture and less prone to failure if there's one solid handlebar piece.
The handelbar sometimes snaps open if your unlucky

You're welcome. Greetings from the USA.
Does the tire indicater turn off when the tire pressure is good to go
I recall that it did after I inflated the tires to the correct pressure.
How can I increase the speed ?

How do you shut the beeping sound of the Bluetooth
I don't recall a beeping sound from the bluetooth. Does it beep when you turn the scooter on, or when connected?
Anyone knows of a way to unlock it s max speed ! The us version is locked at 32km/h while the EU version is locked at 20 km/h 😫

How does it work Uphill ?

Do you can drive 25 km with this cooter ?
It's rated for 40km, but you can typically expect half, or 20km.
Did u have tk charge it when u got it
I think it was 60% charged when I got it. It's a good idea to fully charge scooters before riding them the first time.
