The laws are already made according to indian culture and its diversities, playing or trying to change the law will bring more harm than benefit.
Laws need to adapt according to the developing society. You can't just sit there and say we can't make new laws because it will do harm to society. Whenever any law is passed it's pro and cons are already identified and action are taken according to it
@@ArushiSingh004 I never said that we cant make new laws, read my comment again.... Its written in very simple language. Yes you can bring in new laws but not at the expense of abolishing an older law that exists since decades and has served its purpose well.
@@verilyhumane6056 You are wrong. Most of the laws that are made are not according to Indian society or culture. They are according to western culture. Indian society is a highly acceptable society and does not discriminate anyone on the bases of sexuality but when islamic invaders and Britishers came to India, they tried to change this society According to their beliefs which made India what it is like today. Homosexuality was largely practiced and accepted in ancient India but it was the Britishers who penalised it and we also started thinking the same that it's not indian culture but it is..
@@Aditya-tr4jsSeems like your ancestors were born out of homosexuality 😂😂😂. That ancient culture was uncivilized and is no where to be acceptable today in modern world. God made adam and eve not adam and steve😂😂😂😂
Making laws to accommodate LGBTQ+ etc. community isn't against indian culture. It was pretty common in ancient times. British laws changed it. We need to change British made laws.
Aap dono ki JODI ❤ bhot achi lag rhi h aap dono marriage kar lo 😊😊
Theek hai 😂
Already married hai vo chewtiye 🤡
Unki shadii ho geyi hai ...finology legal youtube channel
Priya's content is absolutely tremendous but we can't agree to her in two things legalization of lgbtq+ and Holidays of honourable courts short.
That's your prejudice bhaisahab. Who in the sane mind wants to restrict basic rights to individuals just bcuz they are of a different sexual orientation. Don't know what sadistic joy you get by opposing marginalized community people getting equal rights
@@ambarpal70pal2 Achha bhaisahab, What is the meaning of + in this!? Have you listened to J sai deepak when he was arguing in SC!? Would you allow your son to marry another man in future!? See man, drugs are illegal in Bharat but many people consume it but many are not out of fear that this is illegal if tomorrow morning gov allows more than half of the people to start using drugs likewise if normalises this LGBTQ+ community mindset and people definitely increase that cause suffering to the upcoming genaration and bharat. I belong to the army background and we heartily believe "hamare yaha ye sab nahi chalta". I am not keyboard warrior so debate in comments I won't prefer. But i respect you, as you are a citizen of my beloved country but please don't judge or abuse others if they won't have the same ideology like yours. They agree and disagree on thoughts but don't go personally.
At last but not least aap honge sadistic joy lene wale.
@@Another_Aspirant03bhai even I agree with this but I think govt should just give it legal protection rather than promoting it like USA.
In 🇺🇸 they have debates over gender pronouns which I seriously don't want in my nation.
I guess it should rights should only be given to LGBT only. After all what rights do other sexuality people will want ? Right?
I think the +term is just for showing acceptance.
@@AnshRathore-911 + term means other than lgbtq, all other terms that we haven't even heard of! In ancient times as mentioned in kamasutra there were also gay and lesbian but at that time people won't allow that type of relationship just imagine at that time if people accepted these terms we were seeing a different bharat and man and man living like a partner would be normalised in today's era!! I don't know about others but I would never like to see man and man having a romantic relationship publicly and many more things to explain but leave yr... Let's see what's going to happen and my stand is clear.
@@AnshRathore-911 USA is a big western shit !! They first need to get rid of crystalline methylene and Oh! that shitty current government in the USA and their country's ideology! And what hurts the most is the so-called gen z following them!!
Now everything clear in my mind👑💯
Madam.u are absolutely right the way u make understand .
Good very nice ❤❤❤
Can UCC be a solution 🤔??
I guess it's the first step to marriage equality
@@ambarpal70pal2 and religious equality too
Your expression and way of explaining... ❤
Basically judicial sexism and partiality needs to be curbed before legalization.
She is the best for law on yt she simplifies laws and articles so easily. Priya❤
Sach yaar, ye kitni awesome hai, Piya...

Aww she’s so sweet and cute 💗🥹
I legit laughed at how will you apply 😂
Wonderful explanation, I love it ❤
Ma'am explained in a good way..but really society has assumed that if there is any domestic voilence or rape case then man will be culprit that's totally disgusting and that shows how we want equality!!!
she’s a good teacher ❤
I really like how she explained it.
Many issues but mind and discuss right way this topic
Bahot sari chize bolne me aasan lagti hai par usko implement karna bahot hi bada kaam hota hai itne bade Desh me with such a complicated constitution and so many different sets of belief systems.....these things are for the developed nations that don't have to worry about the things like literacy, poverty and development
