I've done Hadrosaur Hotel in one of my parks, which I refer to as The Herbivore House, which is a hotel, but is also a petting zoo where you can interact with dinosaurs on the deck, or even walk through a gate right next door. Make sure to put their drinking water next to the building so they will stay in view!

The ‘migration’ part of the parade gave me an Idea.
So, you make a set of “environments” (desert, tundra, jungle etc etc) and every 3-4 ingame days, you change the locations of the water and food (if you don’t want meat feeder (excluding Piscivore) then have the prey’s food move). It’s a little hands on but it could be a good concept. If done right that is.

  • @Jabalor

I've done the hadrosaur hotel before but with Suchomimus and added a beautiful lake as scenery. I liked to imagine that people would eat in the restaurant part of the hotel and they could watch the Suchos in the brackground
Also thank you for the camsite idea! Just added one to a recent build I did and I based it on the Oakwood game you played in October!

Top tip for 7:39 attraction 8
Before decorating the inside or placing a viewing gallery
Place a tour through the aviary
Delete all the tour but keep the doors
Use path or dirt too to make a path to the door
You can open this door when in first person mode too :)

I have a 13 atraction that i use really often from when we got the oviraptor, i discovered that the aviary gate, even without the tour attaced to it, opens Like a normal exibit gate when you walk into it in the first person mode. So i Like to create little aviary release some oviraptor in it and put 2 Gates with a path of dirt lined with low fences (the decorate pices) that connect them and pretend that is Like those zoo cages whit birds in them and where guest can walk into and Experience the animals more colose to them. I hope that you Will use this 13 atraction in youre Park and i tank you for the ispiration that you gave us with youre video, bye

Something I've done is create an area that is like an enclosure for a guest area. It's just a fence surrounding a sunken area next to a lagoon with some amenities and some small areas of scenery so it's putting the guests in the shoes of the dinos. It would add to it if there could be paths going through open gates as entrances to it, but I'm on on console so that's not happening

I like a lot of these! I'm currently working on a park that is similar the last idea. I have a park that is divided into 4 parks (4 themes). The 2 main ones are obviously JP (Red Flags) and JW (Blue Flags). Then I have a Malta Section (Yellow Flags) with a lot of the Black Market and Biosyn creatures. Finally a DFW section (Green Flags) that is the main facilities area but also houses the Hybrids and rescues. you can get to each section by paths but each section has its own tour...but you can transfer to each section via tour. (Ex. JP tour has 2 buildings, when you get off at the second building you can exit, go across the path, and get on the JW tour, then that takes you to the Malta tour, Malta Tour takes you to the DFW tour.) I would love to see your version of something like this! Enjoying the channel by the way!

    Here's a few of mine:
The Velociraptor Aviary & Jungle Gym. Realistically, the aviaries are probably the safest place to keep any & all raptors, so I use the aviary glitch to put them in there. I also use the aviary platforms & bunch them together to make a jungle gym for the raptors, since, as we all know, they love to hippity hop all over the place! Preferably not on people.
The Compy Dome. Use aviaries (probably the glass ones, just so they don't escape through the bars of the others) to store the compies. In my head, the compies are used mainly as maintenance animals to clean up the dino poop in the park, just like in the novel.
Pteratops Lodge. Not original, but I put a JP era hotel as close as possible to the flat side between the domes of an aviary, with the balcony side facing the dinos. Right next to it, I add in a private aviary gallery that is open only to guest of the hotel. I like to use my imagination & pretend that all or part of the hotel is actually inside the aviary, & is a closed off concrete building, just like in the novel.

    • @gaming_with_ashton
      @gaming_with_ashton ปีที่แล้ว +1

Fun fact: (this is in mobile) on the first paragraph of your comment, all of the “&” symbols line up almost perfectly. IK it’s not really important but I thought it was interesting

Hi Evo, I think you might've already spoken about this in one of your videos (or maybe a livestream) but do you reckon we will get something "big" for the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park this year? I'm thinking maybe a chunky DLC and update (I reckon it could be a Mantah Corp DLC, adding things like the drones with the invisible barriers, Smilodon, Little Eatie cosmetic, Nothosaurus, Spinosaurus 2016 skin etc) and maybe even in the coming months we'll get a teaser for the first Jurassic TV series set after Dominion which would come to Netflix (I imagine more likely than Disney+) and the premiere episode would be available to stream on June 9th 2023? I think a TV series done properly could really help opinions people had about Dominion improve, and we can see more of how the sudden reintroduction of numerous prehistoric species has affected the global ecosystems and how humanity interacts with these changes. The show could be perfect for Ramsay Cole's character to return, helping to establish reserves and sanctuaries around the world for dinosaurs that have been mistreated or a threat to public safety. Australia for example already has strict biosecurity regulations so imagine the shock when a plane carrying illegal cargo crashes in the outback, that cargo being a pack of Australovenators. But why stop with movie characters, let's tease characters from Camp Cretaceous as well, someone might mention dinosaur activity near Gutierrez Ranch in Texas or a popular webshow called Brooklynn Unboxes...
I'm getting carried away here but the potential is there. This hypothetical show could really deliver and shouldn't be scared of it's horror elements, because I feel that Velociraptors, Tyrannosaurus and Dilophosaurus really need to be shown in terrifying ways, because the former two species have both sort of become "heroified" if that is even a word. Dilophosaurus was done dirty in Dominion I feel, it was just sort of neutered when Owen sent it running. Sorry for the long comment!

You could also put lystro in the paleobotany centre to kind of “teach the guests about Dino eating habits” while they also learn about the extinct plant species.(I know lystrosaurus aren’t dinosaurs but instead synapsids but my point stands).
Also in another video how you made the… er… fertilizer plantation, you could put that behind it as maybe a growing bed for plants that are okay with modern air conditions and a greenhouse for plants that need different atmospheric conditions!

Have you considered doing a prompt video for park builders who want to make a park but don’t know where to start? I’ve been in that situation where I want to make something in the game, but don’t know what. Or maybe you’ve made a video like that and I totally forgot.

I like to use the Ranger outposts as if they were a camera in the parks and then I would put something like an emergency shelter and pretend it’s a movie theatre so guests can go in and view the cameras that are in the enclosures
