    SCOTUS ruled long ago that there is no right to privacy when in public. Your vehicle has to have a tag, and people should have some form of id, helpful to loved ones if you're found dead. Making it all about privacy to score drugs and hookers, just helps criminals. Consider myself leftist but not far left. Am on law enforcement's side on this one.

    You’re not guilty by association, you’re merely a suspect. These services has removed dangerous people off the street. It’s exactly how they caught the Idaho quadruple murderer, Bryan Christopher Kohberger.

      ​@@XunxunismThat is a statutory process with a certain outcome. It will be a summary trial. This an unserious suggestion in context of respect for our Constitution and Rule of Law. Separately, he is foreign national who has never set foot in the US. Jurisdiction was never obtained, but will also not matter based on what he is charged with. His Human Rights, not to mention implied Constitutional protections are all being denied to him. It's quite appalling and a blight on Western dignity. The press are cowards to turn a blind eye and uncritically tout government arguments.

    FYI: keep any info needed if stopped by police on paper, not on your phone. If you hand your open phone to a police officer they can browse through it. Legally? Maybe not but police dont follow laws, they "enforce" laws. Nowadays most our personal and financial info resides on our phones, you wouldnt hand an unlocked phone to a complete strange, dont hand it to a cop.

    It does absolutely no good to sue these companies All we're seeing it's like humanitary thing there's an 80-20 split The only one that's not receiving any of it is the people being affected without them knowing they're being affected through it we have a failing congressional rotation we have a sitting delegacy to commit crime to commit the eligibility of making sure it's not taxed properly by suing them then getting to work from them or allowing them to continue the work and go on with their lives without having to inform or put back out to them what's theirs we have a failing congressional rotation in our government and it's being allowed to steal off of every student and every business through a product that each one of them put out with the acceptance that they can do whatever the f*** they want on your equipment that you buy

      Agreed. I was across the street getting gas while bank was being robbed. I never knew they got robbed until police pounded on my door one morning. I told to get off my property and F off.

    These geofence warrants are very tricky. They are definitely beneficial to law enforcement, but what about a wrongful conviction because of one of these warrants?

    I live in West Virginia and the law enforcement around here has been battling inside there own workforce .people caught with tracking little children to see them change clothes hacking there phones they also killed a little girl Gretchen never found her or all 750 missing wemon

    This google geo location helps alot and in particular i know is those international manhaunt for pedos as an example but i know theres alot. Normally a high profile scandal or event happen to spark this very big changes. As reporters saying googles location helps alot of case but its weird that they want to stop complying to law enforcement geo location without any good reason.

    You're in a big field your family's at home loving this field but as soon as he tries to learn new stuff they understandings of the clean rooms start turning the other rotation and it poison you and you don't even know what's going on next thing you know your mom's not here next thing you know your uncles outside mowing the yard going through withdrawals trying to come off of stuff because you can feel the balls floating in the atmosphere it expands the heartbeat or the weakness of the heart you find a laying over on the side of the road

      @@bobroberts2371 stores provide the video with a warrant or if there is a purchase dispute and the card holder claims they did not make an in-person transaction and files a chargeback claim. They also provide it immediately if the store is the victim. They are not bound by the same privacy claims an a company like a bank would be bound by when it comes to releasing customer information.
