I do think $40 is a bit steep, especially at this point where we don't yet know what PMDG may or may not be coming out with via their updates. Also in my case, I'm not too worried about external visual effects as I don't fly in 3rd person. Seems like the kinda thing you might shell out the money for, ooh and aah over it a couple times then forget you've got it as you go back to just flying your sim.
Wow…$40. Ridiculous. Over half the cost of the aircraft. That’s a $10-15 add on at best.
@@jay-rus4437 - Agreed with you on the price 100%...and in fairness, $15 IS technically the price of JUST this add on, but if you don't already have SimFX, which most folks likely don't, the effective (cumulative) price is $40.
I'm gonna guess this isn't gonna sell well to users who DON'T already have SimFX. What they maybe shoulda done is included the necessary code from SimFX to make this add on work standalone.
Exactly don't waste your dollars on something you can't see from the cockpit. I have regretted the addons that I have purchased.
