Yup, this is true. The cars that made it into the states are really in a gray area. Even Mclaren UK says the owners are on their own. After pebble beach week and 2 of them were seen driving around posted all over social media put them on the radar of the DOT. the DOT is now keeping an eye out which is why none of them have really been seen out driving recently.
in future.. these gen 1 hypercars will be considered a liability from a maintenance standpoint, heavy, and numb feeling. cars will actually get lighter, simpler, and more enjoyable to drive. we are going to go full circle back to analog-feeling cars like the past, with simplified and more efficient technology. 918, P1 and LaF will not appreciate like the earlier counterparts, and of course, nothing like the F1.
@@alexioflexio8818 Yeah just totally ignore the fact that you said " cars will actually get lighter, simpler, and more enjoyable to drive. we are going to go full circle back to analog-feeling cars like the past, with simplified and more efficient technology." actually cars are getting heavier, less enjoyable to drive, more computer feeling and either have some complicated hybrid system connected to a twin-turbo low displacement engine with some crazy torque-vectoring AWD system, or they are totally electric. The car industry is heading exactly the OPPOSITE way from what you predicted 3 years ago idk what u r smoking bud. XD
Well clearly your take on cars is literally comes from backwards land or you're a complete moron because literally you clearly have no idea what you're talking about!
11:00 I want eyebrows just like that! :)
Gangreen167 😂😂😂
Great interview and stunning car! However, the background soundtrack is appalling and extremely distracting. Almost unbearable really.
Street legal in the UK yes - not in USA - doesn't have the silly lights you have to have on all sides of the car
