If you read the description of 3rd base, it says you feild loys of bunts because players typically bunt down the third base line. So you should have chosen a different position if you did not want bunts lol

Instead of keep doing the batting practice stuff, pick some other stuff so you can get fielding up and your speed. Do the training facility and the middle one those normally have the fielding and the speed
The speed is based on the attributes that u applied so the more rare it is the faster u go just look at ur gains and losses in the player hub for power and speed based on perks and attributes

That home ballpark will rob you of so many home runs over the course of your career. Do yourself a favor and go play for the Reds. Great American Ballpark is a launching pad! Just saying...☺️
