Check the overalls of all the 3B. The game goes by overall so the closer you get to the MLB starter the closer you get to being called up
From what i've found in RTTS is that around the all star break, movement starts happen where you get moved up to AAA and then quickly to the majors after that.

Hey bud, found your channel recently and have been enjoying all the content. Doing a great job ingame and personality.
I'm hearing your dilemma on if you should play the diamond dynasty along with this mode currently. I also heard you in another video say you wish you could play this game for hours but can't at the moment on just this mode.
My idea is that you play the dynasty mode in small segments like this one and post vids this length. Then you could play this mode for hours on end and just press record and post this mode in large portions instead. Just an idea. Rlly enjoying what I'm seeing.
Mighty this series is amazing, i literally check your channel every hour to see if you uploaded lol. I think you should change the difficulty. and make the equipment all white.
I think your gear looks pretty great but it would be nice if you kept the black and you changed the yellow by a team color for example red for the Seawolves
Always change the color of your batting glove etc according to your team colors and every time you change teams you change them of course ;). I would love it

Is there a way to turn off baserunning and allow it to simulate until your next at bat or next fielding moment
I used and still have my catchers mitt, it is the Ivan Rodriguez A2540 by Wilson, best catchers mitt you could get back in the day.
Mighty what you should do is RTTS every day only until you get up the the bigs then mix in some diamond dynasty
The Heart of the Hide is the best glove hands down… my catcher mitt and my infield glove are both HOTH, i feel like A2000 are more stiff when they’re new and take longer to break in
Mizuno was my go to glove. The one time I switched it broke at the first practice 😂

Players with bright futures play in Double A. AAA is for old guys and fill-in players. When you go to AAA, it should mean you're heading to the MLB soon.

Both my first base glove and outfielder glove is 20 years old lol I graduated high school in 2004.. I'll never get rid of either lol they're still in perfect baseball shape lol
The new equipment looks great and I use a Rawlings heart of the hide

My opinion on the difficulty; Play whatever you think you have the funnest! If you want go 5-5 with 4 hrs and a triple then go for it!

So you have to have the highest overall at your position on your team. Then you’ll get called up to AAA after your all star break for a couple weeks then the majors. I got called up in august last night.
