    Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    -Chicken 500gms
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
    -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
    -Sabut dhaniya (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
    -Water 1 litre
    -Matar (Peas) ½ kg
    -Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 1
    -Hara pyaz (Green onion) 1
    -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
    -Aloo (Potato) 250 gms
    -Gajar (Carrot) cubes 1 Cup
    -Cooking oil ½ cup
    -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
    -Pani (Water) as required
    -Tamatar (Tomato) julienne 1
    -Cooking oil 2 tbs
    -Anday (Eggs) 2
    -Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
    -Zara rang (Yellow food color) 2 pinch
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
    -Cooking oil 1 tbs
    -Chawal (Rice) basmati 750 gms (soaked)
    -Red chilli sauce 1 tbs
    -Soya sauce 1 tbs
    -Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
    -Zarda rang (Food color) as required
    Directions:
    -In a pot,add water,chicken,chopped green chillies,chopped ginger-garlic,sliced onion,coriander seeds,salt,prepare stock(bring it to boil) & reserve for later use.
    -Cut & chopped all vegetables and set aside.
    -In wok,add cooking oil,sliced onion and fry until light brown.
    -Add green onion,peas,potato,carrot and mix well.
    -Add salt,black pepper powder,water,mix well and cover & cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
    -Add cabbage,capsicum,tomato and mix well.
    -Add reserve stock and cover & cook until boil.
    -In a pot,add eggs,salt,food color,black pepper powder and whisk well.
    -In a pan,add cooking oil,eggs and fry until done,crumbled & set aside.
    -In a same pan,add cooking oil,boiled shredded chicken,saute for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
    -In a pot,add red chilli sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,soaked rice,mix well and cover & cook on high flame until done.
    -Add black pepper powder,boiled chicken & fried eggs (shredded),food colour and cover & cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
    -Serve with green chatni yogurt and enjoy :)
