My neighbors were skaters and they were outside skating with Del. Next thing you know we were blazing playing PlayStation for the afternoon. Went to the show that night. Killer!

As a fan of THE Gorillaz, I like to make sure when I talk about them, I'm talking about the band and not the animal. Say " I like Gorillaz" out loud. You'll sound more like a zookeeper and less like a fan.
I honestly don't think it matters bro, and I really don't think Damon would give a shit. It would be confusing to say "I like Gorillas" and not "I like the Gorillaz". The English language is not perfect and it sounds confusing if you don't add "the"

Del has been a favorite of mine since No Need For Alarm. One of my favorites. I’ll never forget when I was living in SLC circa 96… I woke up and went outside for a smoke. My neighbors were skaters and they were outside skating with Del. Next thing you know we were blazing playing PlayStation for the afternoon. Went to the show that night. Killer!
My world just got rocked. I knew 'If you must' from Tony Hawk Pro Skater, vaguely remembered the artists name. It popped in my head so I looked it up. Now I find out he did 'mistabobalina' and the best part of the song that was CONSTANTLY in my head as a teen and still, to this very day, I regularly sing the verses in my head. This is wild. I'm off to see what Deltron is all about.
