I had a 4g64 out of a eclipse that over heated and melted 2 pistons and one even had a hole in it. the engine sounds the same. No compression. And I'm sure u can smell the oil and the parts that all burned up. It was nuts.

Pull the head send it to the shop and see how bad it is but a full engine build series would be cool can you put a VTEC head on it ???? If it's going to be a non-vtec put some kinda small turbo or nitrous kit (75-150 shot) leave the ring gap on the bigger side just in case of power adder
Yesterday I was driving around and this morning I noticed my reservoir was missing I guess it popped out and must have dragged and fell off (I am low). Amen and tomorrow come my new reservoir
You couldn't get the cover off because the spark plug wire is still in the hole....and it is stuck....so valve cover won't come off till you get the spark plug wire out......also.....stuck spark plug wires are a sign of being OVERHEATED.....
@HunterTuned what turbo would you recommend for me i have a b20 swapped crx stock bottom end im only looking for about 300-400hp to the wheels i have a holset hy35 but i hav a feeling that might be too big for what im looking to make. any suggestions?

9:09 I’m having the same issue where my car only starts/cranks with me having to jump the battery I checked all the main stuff like battery,starter,alternator,fuses,grounds when I try to start it only cluster lights turn on but not cranking over any idea what it can be ? My only guess left are main/ignition relay

Just change the head gasket that's a lot easier I would imagine, just mil the head and check the block

Battery cell died. Need brand new battery. Been through the same a couple times on several civics.
