Oh how I wish my great grandmothers taught me how to sew. We have an antique 1920s sewing machine and as a child, I would constantly watch them make beautiful dresses. It would be so awesome to make clothes for me, my husband and future kids.

I'm not a dog trainer but I've tried a method they recommended and it worked so well. The key is preventing the dog from making mistakes. Keep the dog in a fenced area or crate when you're not able to supervise it, offer a few chew toys and kongs. This may make the dog "forget" about chewing clothes after a few weeks and go for the toys. We also rewarded our beagle for walking past shoes without picking one up. We did this for 3 months and now he's totally free in the apartment, 2 years with no accidents.
