Met Alex in our hotel after a BSB show on Halloween in Denver (late 90's). My heart hurt for him. Moved to AZ a bit later and found out he checked into The Meadows (early 2000's). I painted him a lion and dropped it off at the facility for him, not knowing if he would ever receive it, but wanting to send him strength. It fills my heart with such joy to see that he is healthy, happy, and continuing to learn and grow.
I have loved Backstreet Boys since I was 8. I’m 35, I’ve seen them in concert about 15 times. A.J was ALWAYS! My favorite and I thought I knew so much about him but boy was I wrong. This was so eye opening, he was so open and vulnerable in this and just so natural. I love this so much. I was so shocked and excited when this popped up on my feed. Great job Katee!!
I’ve been a fan since 4th grade and I’ve only been to 1 BSB concert in 2022 (DNA tour). The 12 year old in my literally come out that night and I still replay it in my head over and over again😁

Backstreet Boys were part of a truly great era of pop music and boy bands. I feel so bad for Brian Littrell for losing his beautiful voice to dysphonia - He was the backbone of the BSB sound and the band have never truly recovered from that loss. Still a great band though. Awesome performers

Obviously I love Backstreet Boys, but AJ totally showed his stage talent when he was on Drag Race! Drag is such a fantastic yet over the top style of performing arts, and it's clearly difficult. He rocked it!! He truly proved he's the real deal, a true master of the stage!! ❤❤❤
I love this show so much. Nothing bothers me more than late-night shows because most of the time they only give their guests 5 minutes to talk and then they've got the next guest on. It's so refreshing to hear an entire conversation. If you think the rich and famous have great lives so that's what you want to be, here's more proof that just because you're famous it doesn't mean your world is perfect. Everyone has something they deal with or some part of them that was broken at a young age. It doesn't disappear just because you're famous.

Thank you starting with just the title open and not a clip of the show. I personally am not a fan of the editing style on YT of putting a clip of the show as a "cold open" that later appears again in the episode.
Clicked for Katee and Kristian but have to admit it was sort of cathartic to listen to a couple of hot celebrities talk about insecurities and hair transplants with some vulnerability. I'll probably never be a rockstar or actor but when I get a haircut, they have to use a razor comb thing to thin out my sexy ass full head of hair 😁
I've only met a few celebrities in person, I always felt weird meeting any of them because I don't ever want to feel like I am intruding on their lives. I can't imagine how someone in the public eye ever goes out to eat or ever goes anywhere without being bothered so because of that, I've seen a few celebrities at a distance but won't approach them because I always felt like I would be bothering them. Locally from where I am Sigourney Weaver has a home as well as other celebrities and they all shop at one of the markets that I know of, but I would never approach them because I imagine they get that all the time. I know I would myself hate to be a celebrity because I can't imagine having people all the time around me like that. I think I would end up as a recluse.
5:22 - think AJ got the years wrong. He was 19 in 1997, American Idol wasn't until 2002 so it must've been his 24th Birthday 1:24:38 - that's why I was always just drawn to AJ; his style, voice, dancing, fashion. He's 16% Black 😎✌
I loved hearing more about him but kept getting frustrated with her interrupting him or saying something about herself before he finished what he was saying. Knew I have seen her somewhere and just realized she was Vic on Longmire, loved that show. 😊
I have gotten help cause of Covid seeing two psychologists working on me plus medical emergencies just have done well with the after effects of lockdowns and Covid happy to I'm more relaxed and happy
I was called gay for being a fan of the Backstreet Boys in the 90s when it was considered a huge insult. I never cared. I always said if the music I like makes me attracted to men, I guess I'm gay. It was hard to believe a hetero male who likes woman his own age could listen to pop music.
I'm glad that AJ hates "If You Want It To Be Good Girl" as well. Howie also hates it, having said so in a webcam video several years ago. I love the group, but I'm with AJ on his disdain for that song. It is truly horrendous. It also made me laugh when AJ described Nick as a Viking, and made fun of Brian's initial accent...mainly because he doesn't really have it anymore. But I guess that's what happens when you're constantly traveling the world for 30 years.
