a couple things I also turned off that I think most people don't need is at the bottom there are some xbox settings, im on pc and dont need xbox game bar ectt.. and also i turned off windows push notification just above there. Also below printer spooler there are a couple more related to printing so if you turned yours off then you can turn the one below it off as well.
