Hello! I'm considering doing an acrylic painting on paper as I can't find the right size canvas board to make a new clock face to put inside one of my clocks. Did you tape the paper to keep it from warping as it dried? What kind of paper did you use? (Edit - I see the kind of paper in the materials list now!)
Hi Minstrelgirl451, great to hear from you. I would suggest a weighty watercolor paper for clock face. Yes and definitely tape it down (no need to cut it yet just draw the circle for the clock face).Next dampen the paper a little, let it dry then paint. Good luck with your project. Hope this helps❤ PS a heavy card stock should work also).
Amazing art work, such an emotional background and an active little bird! I really like the detail on every feather.
Thankyou so much GouacheLearning for your lovely comment, so glad you liked this little bird.❤
