IF they tell you about filming private information you should say that you can but it becomes illegal once you actually publish it, same as when you would have no camera you could still be able to see with you're own eyes what private information is available for you to see.. once you abuse that it's becoming illegal.

IF they tell you about filming private information you should say that you can but it becomes illegal once you actually publish it, same as when you would have no camera you could still be able to see with you're own eyes what private information is available for you to see.. once you abuse that it's becoming illegal.
That and .... Why are you leaving personal information out Viewable from public.
In the front of the counter, it's the responsibility of each and every one of us to keep our personal information private..... Behind the counter is the responsibility of the personnel of the agency.
He did kind of address this point when she said "you could get the private information and possibly use it for bad". He replied "it's not illegal until then".
@@sdickinson5234 well i didn't hear that clearly, and also my point was towards the moment when she said "you're filming personal information" and he replied with "but who says i am" which is not really a strong argument when u can silence her by saying u CAN film anything personal as long as you won't publish it or do something wrong with it.

How about if someone is there without a camara but with a very good memory? That doesn't make sense. The public employees have the resposability of the keep it private.
I was stalked for a year, death threats the lot. The guy got the info at the doctors reception desk who asked me for my details. He didn’t have a camera he just memorised my address name and phone number. 🤷♀️
