Hello you two. A little fun fact about Ritter Sport: The large chocolate bars from Ritter Sport are all square and do not have the normal shape like other chocolate bars. This is because the wife of the Ritter Sport boss had the idea for this shape at the time. So that people can put the chocolate more easily in their jacket pockets when, for example, they go to a football game. That is why the advertising slogan of Ritter Sport has been for decades: "Square. Practical. Good"
Hi Nicola, for your Haribo “try it all” mission you should certainly check one of the Haribo stores in the UK or go even the “real deal” and visit a factory store in Germany. There are bug section, where you can do pick and mix gummies. In most of the stores in Germany, you can even get bug bags of 2nd choice Ritter Sport Yummy. Since you have mentioned Fanta in the beginning of Video, it might be interesting for you to lear that the drink Spezi is actually a Mix of Fanta and Cola. There is even a Version of the Coca Cola company sold called MezzoMix. It’s a quite popular drink over here.
Hey Nina, thank you for the comment. I’d absolutely love to visit a Haribo factory store in Germany I didn’t even know that was possible. That will defo be added to my bucket list. Also wow the mix of Fanta and cola, that would be so interesting. Honestly I love hearing these facts, stuff I had no idea about. So thank you for sharing ☺️💛
Nutella and Hanuta are made both by Ferrero. On the pronunciation side the "ch" in Kracher and Kuchen should be pronounced as in Scottish Loch (there's also a German word "Loch", spelled & pronounced the same which means something completey different though); and "Reis", as in Puffreis, is pronounced like "rice" (which is what it is).
The Hanuta and Nutella from Ferrero is actually not from Germany 🇩🇪, but The Hanuta and Nutella from Ferrero is actually and original from Italy 🇮🇹, by the way my friend 🙂😎✌️
Ritter means knight. Ritter Sport is therefore Knight's Sport. But in this case, Ritter is the name of the founders, so a translation makes little sense.😅 And the Ks are definitely pronounced in German! (th-cam.com/video/QSo0duY7-9s/w-d-xo.html ) Ferrero is originally Italian. However, they have been internationally active for a long time and Ferrero Germany also produces products that are only available on the German market like Hanuta for example. And also, I prefer Katjes to Haribo.
