    I'm Boone Bake.
    Today I bake as much as vanilla sponge cake
    It is also essential when making children's cakes.
    Let's make a Choco Sponge cake.
    Most basic, but basic
    It's hard to bake properly.
    Chocolate sponge cake is because of the fat content of chocolate
    It doesn't swell well flat or ...
    It may be baked like rice cake ~
    If you make only a few points,
    You can even bake a fantastic cake with a dense texture.
    This cake is so moist and delicious.

    ( Mold Size : 18cm*7cm / Circle )
    4 eggs
    100g sugar (video typo has occurred ..)
    20 g of honey
    A pinch of salt
    5ml vanilla extract
    100g cake flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    45g milk
    10g cocoa powder
    40g Unsalted butter
    * Chocolate Fresh Cream
    70g dark chocolate
    250g fresh cream
    7g sugar (optional)
    * Syrup
    20g sugar
    30g water
    6g kahlua (coffee liqueur)
    ㅡ ㅡ ㅡ How to make ㅡ ㅡ
    Water and sugar melt the sugar in the microwave.
    Add the kahlua (coffee liqueur) and cool it down to room temperature.

    설탕이 없어서 슈가파우더로 했고 공정중에 초코우유 안섞은 반죽을 버터에 넣는 실수를 했는데ㅋㅋ 다행히 거품이 안꺼져서 너무 부드럽고 촉촉하고 맛있었어요‼️ 레시피 감사해요😍

    I've tried this recipe, changed the milk for hot coffee and omit honey because I don't have it. Stull turns out so moist and soft pores. I think the key is how you mix it.. And also the temprature

    The ingredients use of that cake are:
    4 eggs

    * Chocolate Fresh Cream

    * Syrup

    Water and sugar. The was melt in the microwave with kahlua and was cool it down to room temperature.

    오늘 만들어봤는데 정말 부드럽고 맛있어요 ㅠㅠ 저는 윗면 가운데가 아주 살짝 갈라졌는데 그건 왜 그런자 알수있을까요? 맛이나 모양이 다 좋긴 했는데 궁금해서요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 혹시 높은틀 3호로 할시 1.5배 곱하면되나요?

      윗면이 터지는 이유는 여러 가지가 있어요~
      베이킹 파우더가 뭉쳐 들어간 경우..
      공기 포집을 한 후..저단으로 덜 정리 된 경우..
      차가운 반죽이 오븐에 들어간 경우..
      그러니까 반죽 온도가 안 맞은 경우..
      그 밖에도.. 여러가지가 있어요..
      제과는 참 예민한 아이라..
      어느 하나가 아닌..
      작은 것으로도 그헌 결과가 나오기도 해요..
      하지만..
      윗면이 좀 터졌다고 잘못 된 케이크는 아니고요..
      어차피..
      우린. 윗면은 잘라서 안 쓸 거까요~~~
      그리고..높은 3호라 하시면..
      21에 7센티 말씀하시는건가요 ~^^
      1.4배합 하시면 될 거에요~~😊

    분님 영상잘봤습니당! 제가 초코 케이크를 만들려고 하눈데요 집에 오븐이 없어서 케이크팬 1호랑 밥솥이용해서 만들어보려구요! 선물용으로 만들꺼라 혹시나 실패할까봐 너무 고민이되서요ㅠㅠ 만능찜모드로 구우려고 하는데 시간조절은 되는데 온도조절이 안되네요ㅠㅠ 이걸로도 동일하게 30~35분정도 하면 성공가능할까요??? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

      케이크를 1호 사이즈로 만드시려고 하시는 거지요?
      그러면..
      밥솥에 하시려면..
      밥솥은 밑 바닥이 둥근편이라..
      굳고 나면..
      밑면이 둥글어요.
      그리고 밭솥은 사이즈가 1호인 15cm보다 크니.. 완성 후 사이즈를 커팅하셔야겠군요 .
      밭통에 찌기 전에..
      솥 안에 버터칠 해 주시고요~
      시간은 만능찜 기능으로 45ㅡ50분 정도 하시면 됩니다~
      그렇지만..
      밭통 지름 사즈에 따라..
      높이는 낮게 나올 수 있어요..
      높게 원하시면..
      재료를 증량해 주세요~~😊❤💕

      핫초코가루엔 카카오가루 말고도..
      설탕과 식물성유지..착향료..
      전분..등등..
      브랜드마다 너무 많이 다른 첨가물이 많이 들어있어서 이 레시피와 밸런스가 안 맞을거에요..😰
      특히 너무 달아요 😰
      에어프라이어는..
      저온으로 타지 않게 구워야하는 게 포인트인데요.
      그래서..
      미리 오븐처럼 예열을 해 주면 좀 도움이 됩니다..
      160도에서 5분 정도 예열후..
      140도에서 25ㅡ30분 정도 구워 주세요 .
      정확한 시간은 각자 에어프라이어로 테스트 해 보셔야 될 거 같아요. 😊

    바닐라 익스트랙 생략해도 문제 없는건가요ㅜㅜㅜ 그리구 집에 온도계가 없는데 팔팔 끓인 물에 몇분정도 중탕시키면 42도가 될깡요ㅜㅜ 너무 만들고 싳어요!!!

      거기가 42도 정도에요~~
      아주 따듯한 정도에요~~
      날씨가 추울땐..
      42도 정도..
      여름엔...38도 정도를 추천해요~^^
      그리고..반죽볼을 유리볼을 쓰는지..
      스텐볼을 쓰는지에 따라서도 좀 달라요.
      유리는 천천히 달궈지지만..
      빨리 식지 않아서..
      겨울에..사용하면..
      반죽온도가 쉽게 식지 않아서 좋아요~
      베이킹은 과학이다..라는 말이 맞는 거 같아요~~
      싱황에 따라서..
      바꿔주는 센스를 발휘하신다면..
      더 완벽한 제품을 얻으실 수 있을 거에요 ~~😊💕🌷

    You make baking look effortless!!! I am curious to know why Korean bakers use crystal sugar whereas mostly others recommend to use caster sugar or powdered sugar can you plz explain the reason behind it.

      Different countries use different types of sugar.
      Some countries use watery sugar, some use large-grained sugar, and some use small-grained sugar.
      Find and use refined white sugar that you can easily obtain.
      After that, it would be better to adjust the recipe.
