  • There is a need for civil-military capability fusion to counter the Chinese aggression which is very serious and a signature geopolitical challenge of our time. Strategic thinking and capacity building through the latest technologies are sine quo non for our national security paradigm, says Lt Gen Raj Shukla, Army Commander, Army Training Commander. He shares his views on new doctrines, concepts, jointness, transition to digital combat training, new methods of army training modules and how the Indian Army is getting future-ready in an interview with Nitin A. Brilalint discourse. Feel enthused by the radical and much needed Paradigm shift in thought process of the hierarchy. Loved the 'Dump Clausewitz and adopt Chankya' comment 😀

Why this general is looking at desk on paper notes during answers. But still it's the best knowledge about technology I have ever heard from Indian Army general. This man understand future requirements but can he brings change in attitude of whole institution? It's still a million dollar question.
