Dang, I wish L'Oreal would quit messing around and release this in the US. We only have the 3.0 but it doesn't get the roots very well. Otherwise it's amazing!
It's not very well distributed as of now, but I think that might have something to do with production.
I'm waiting to get the 4.0 as well, but in Norway!
