Thanks! Well gloves help and I always use a fair bit more length of wire than is needed before snipping and trimming at the end. A small set of pliers helps also.
Awesome man, I only have to do a little safety wiring for a group I'm riding with in May but this helps. Brian's video is full of cheating because his bike came pre-setup with those tabs 😂 I feel better knowing I'm not the only one with some longer wires.
Rear axle clip is not acceptable. It can flip over the end of the axle and allow the nut to come loose. Rotate 180° and shorten your safety wire and you'll be all set. Same with the filer cap, should be wired/clipped to the spot closest to the anchor, you have yours on the furthest away spot. On the front, your right side clip should be wired to the axle itself. Drill a hole even with the clamp slot in the fork lower and that would be perfect. I think what you are calling oil galley plug on the cam cover is just a mounting bolt. Oil galleys are in the block that allows the oil to flow to the journals of the crankshaft.
Great vid, Andy! I cheat and buy the pre-drilled stuff from Pro-Bolts
Nice. I forgot to mention Pro-Bolts. I'm curious what they offer as I have not checked them out in a while.
This video will help a lot of people get going, great work!
Thanks John! Our talk really inspired this video.
Great video Andy!
Thanks Jeremy! See you in a week!
@@palerider6611looking forward to it!
Good video, I also hate safety wiring any thing now. I've stabbed my fingers god know how many times 😂

IKR, I would extremely reluctant to drill into anything I was even 1% unsure what was behind it. My dumb ass would drill right into the block.

Thanks for the input
Very meticulous.
Yeah, I'm a bit compulsive about that. :D
