Dunfermline District Pipe Band. Remembrance Sunday.

This is the Dunfermline District Pipe Band who performed at the Remembrance Day Service at Dunfermline War Memorial on Sunday 13th November 2022.
This was recorded with spaced stereo pair of Clippy EM 272's on my Zoom F8n recorder.

Very well recorded and spaced.
How far back were the pipers in relation to the kettle and bass drums of the band? they are clear but thy sound as though they are perhaps set a little further back.

Very good recording quality! I'm starting to build my audio recording rig. I've been reading about the Clippy microphones and will definitely be ordering them. Is Zoom F3 enough to start with stereo recordings? Kind regards! P.S. A well-kept lawn :)

Thank you, I've never tried the Zoom F3 but from everything I have seen on TH-cam it seems a great recorder. It would do stereo recordings no problem, it does only have XLR inputs though, so any 3.5mm jack microphones would need an adaptor to work with the unit. Good luck with whatever you choose I'm sure you will enjoy it. 👍
