Thank you for this very well done video. I don’t know that we would have achieved installing the fan without it. We may have screamed at the video, “it’s not that easy” a few times but that’s neither here nor there.
This fan is amazing. Works flawlessly with Google Assistant. The airflow is amazing as well. We ended up getting two MPE for our other rooms. The video made installation super easy. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a fan and smart home integration.
This was a great video and it kept me from having to deal with the ever-complicated instruction manual; however, I followed the wiring instructions to the tee for dual switch installation; however, it didn't work. Now I have to troubleshoot WHY? Also, the fan would not turn on from the switch until I activated the Bluetooth for the remote.
Tried to set up the smart feature for Alexa and now remote is unpaired and won't even beep even when I turn off at breaker. I don't know how to pair again. Nothing I search on topic helps. I don't have a wall switch. And remote was working fine prior to trying to do the add fan steps from the simple connect appt

Is this normal that the downrod is not fully screwed into the base, part of a threath is visible outside? Doesn't look safe.
