    Very interesting and insightful. Listened to the whole interview. Please allow me to critique and add:
    1. Two of the intrinsic sources of anxiety to life are loneliness and death. She touched on loneliness but not on death. Neither one of. you attempted to touch this elemental problem. It would have been interesting to hear her perspective.
    2. I strongly disagree that you are your body. (I know this to be true but unable to prove it in this comment). What you really are is awareness (consciousness). The state of your body is a reflection of your consciousness and self awareness. This is important, because as you body ages and starts to fail, as it will inevitably happen with all of us, you don't have to be anxious if you are well grounded in consciousness. This observation circles back to the angst of death.
