    When you hear these words, what's your initial response?
    While creating a quick and easy solution based on the client's request might be tempting, if you want to make sure the solution provides real results, you have to understand the problem at hand...
    Which requires some investigation. So, what questions should you ask?
    In this video, Sabrina guides us through some of these questions by highlighting the most common problems instructional designers face on the job.
    She demonstrates issues like "scope creep" and misdiagnosis of the performance problem. Plus, she provides examples of specific language you can use when talking to your clients and stakeholders. That way you can start problem-solving from the start.
    By preparing for these problems in advance, you'll be able to identify the RIGHT problem, keep the project expectations and evaluation measures clear, and prepare for troubleshooting issues before they arise.
