Ancient Egypt? Ancient Greece? Ancient Rome? Ancient China? Ancient India? Medieval baroque and gothic Germany? Reinassance baroque and gothic Spain? Reinassance baroque and gothic Italy? Reinassance baroque and gotic England Scotland and Ireland? It's not so simple to decide, i think the greatest were the egyptians by far, then the romans and greek. Also ancient Babylonia, problably the most beautiful city in history.
@@ok0_0 all european architechture basicallly comes from ancient greek, which is in europe. Ancient Rome was problably the most beautiful city in history. Much more beautiful than Paris, altough paris is very pretty.
@@ok0_0 i agree, except i think ancient egypt was problably the most unique magical place in the world, in history really. Even more than ancient Rome, or Babylon, or Athens
i think there are way over a thousand sites worth to be featured in this video unlike germany or britain france was almost not bombed in WW2 and has so many incredible sites, its impossible to feature them all
Its called being rich af from having serfs and not having anything else to spend money on lol. Some of grandest buildings would even be expensive for the average billionaires today.
The English parts aren’t bad either, specifically the historical ones. Look at areas of Toronto, Boston, Halifax… You’ll see humble Victorian buildings on nearly every corner depending on the area.
This is so fabulous- I would really love a list of the names of the places in the video so I can share it with my students to inspire them for a travel in France project.

French architecture (18th-early 20th centuries) is my favorite style, absolutely timeless and beautiful

Extremely underrated channel! The state of architecture in this day and age is dreadful, it's good to see someone who has more traditional views.
Thank you my France. From France, vive le roi !
FRANCE IS FOREVER THE MOST GORGEOUS AND THE MOST MAGNIFICENT COUNTRY IN ALL OF EXISTENCE. 🇫🇷
I cant help but fantasize how great our forefathers were; who built this stuff?

If that were the case, then this type of architecture would be seen outside Europe. Other places have opulent wealth and serfs. @@maddiekits

If France succeeded to colonize North America in exception of Québec, North America would look like this too.
France colonize 1/2 of north america dunring 100 years but lost vs england
@@kal_bewe1837 The french colonies were very small in population but magnificent in beauty compared to English parts.

Beautiful Tartarian architecture, with the sacred geometry thoughout. Taken over by modern societies.
