Poppy Rose, I can't say I know exactly how you feel but, I have a good idea. I have Meniere's Disease in my right ear. (Translation: constant ear ache with ringing.) Same here Poppy Rose, I'm 24 but for as long as I can remember I've had tinnitus. I think it's hereditary, my dad has it too. This helps me quite a bit.
Listening to the waves roll in at the beach works great, too.
My mom and I always sat on our front porch with hot tea, and watched the rain. She loved thunderstorms. When she died last year, there were a lot of storms those first few weeks, and it was so comforting, felt like I was back home. Rain is a beautiful thing, and I love that people put these videos on TH-cam. ❤

You know what? I could really use those.
I always liked rain and felt weird as a child when everyone was hating it or saying we can't do this and that because it's raining. When it was raining I wanted to go for a walk and talk about things, I wanted to look at the sky and feel nature and if it was raining really hard I wanted to look at the rain while drinking something hot and comforting. Later I felt like a weirdo because I liked music that's not popular, movies that often seem odd to others etc pp. But I have grown up and been able to embrace my weirdness and being an introvert. Let those guys have their sunshine and party mood. I'll stay on the grey side and enjoy my stormy yet calming nature. To all the weirdos and introverts out there: stay like you are, you're great! ❤️

Bundled up, with or without a 🔥. And rain thunder and lightning ! It was wonderful! Deep peace, and I'd sleep easy. when I was 27 I was lost in downtown Seattle first time I've ever been there and all alone and I was scared spitless ! Wished like crazy I was lost back in my Forest !

I turn this on when my anxiety gets so bad that it overpowers my medicine and sends me into a panicked breathing fit. It helps tremendously, especially regarding my disliking to silence due to a constant fit of manual breathing that sets me off horribly. Breathing tricks dont work but this in place of the absent sounds of the room helps so much.

My wife divorced, my son is not living with me, I was jobless for a while... That was really tough time in my life... I spent my sleepless nights... I really do like how the rain isn’t the same two or three minutes of audio and has a variety of different sounds. Like how it may be pelting on the window one minute then become a more gentle patter on the roof the next. Very soothing. 10/10 would recommend. ☺💜💜

Júpiter i I have anxiety to plus a chronic illness so h uh understands we’re coming from
I've been using this for about 7 months every single time I sleep with headphones in ear. Best way to block out noise and guarantee a full uninterrupted relaxing sleep. I work overnight and sleep around 8am-4pm with 2 loud roomates with dogs upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and construction grade ear plugs with a fan right beside my head wasn't helping me. I was pretty much sleep deprived for a couple months working 2 jobs and trying to sleep during the day. I can't just turn off my brain I'm always extremely aware of my surroundings so every footstep and bass thump would distract me. This constant soothing noise allows me to stay focused on this and block everything else out. Life saver. For me and possibly someone else haha no sleep is no fun!
