To people with anxiety : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of rain, breath in count to 5 , breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or a sleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. I love you 💕💋

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.
It’s April 2020 and we’re in a pandemic as I’m lying here listening to these beautiful calming sounds. Thank you for bringing some peace in this scary chaotic world. 🙏

When you can’t go outside and enjoy nature or feel the breeze. So you sit inside with a fan blowing on you and wrapped in a blanket and this playing. Almost as good. Thank you. Helps with my anxiety
This takes me back to when I was a child with my brother, sister, mom and stepdad going camping. We would sit in our tent when it rained and it sounded just like this. Takes me back to a happier simpler time in this world. God I miss my mom😓
