I noticed that there are other bosses that are missing like the rest of the cart beasts, mother of stones and i think the first boss from chapter 1 when you get the inmobilizer spell.
@kenasric3901 I see, makes sense since Mother of stones it's just simply destroying her core while avoiding her offsprings and the rusty gold cart fights like the other carts so my guess is that they are the same except powered up. As for the frogs my guess is they fight differently due to there elements( at least they added all the frogs). Despite this, the Challenge mode is one of the best things that this game has to offer. Totally worth it.

I think the dev only add some specific bosses

Totally agree, now we don't need finish the whole game over and over to fight the boss we want
