In freezing temps close to 0°C I put a really thin windstopper/rainjacket on top. It works amazing stops windchill and is better than a thicker wetsuit. Some old windsurfer told me and its a good and cheap solution.
In temps 0-7, I can recommend simple kitchen rubber gloves, which you have to put neatly under the wetsuit and open palms on top. For me 0 cramps and warm hands.
Great video again. Good edit. Would love to hear your opinion on why, which winter wetsuit. I have a 5-6mm from Prolimit. It's warm but I find it constricting my movement. Any thoughts?
We live in the wrong place from November to April. That’s the problem😊 The thicker the suit the more constricting. Even if you for high end suits. But still better to be constricted in n the water then being in the gym or on the couch 🙂
All the best for 2024!
You too, Nico😊
I like the ones from Xcel most, especially the 5mm open palms are mega warm!

I always do the same (4-10 degrees) use a simple cheap rainjacket (I.e. Decatlon) & indeed makes a huge difference getting rid of windchill.
