You guys have done good job. What I have noted one critical absence in all the guest house show. Addis Ababa is a city that requires high security guards. You fail to show us the presence of permanent 24 hrs present of security guards. Even this time it is important to secure the house's with camera surveillance, electronic and mandatory internal and external lock, and inside chain lockers...if you have shown us this, you would have increased the confidence of your guests to come and check in. Now it is difficult to come and take it just listening your words. People want to see such guarantees rather than Arabian majeles or sofa or something else.... Show us if you have it....if not even with free price no one will come.
Security camera is useless in Ethiopia. Even the camera records the thief the chances of him getting arrested is zero. The only safest way is hire real armed security guard.
You must mention the price as per 30 days or month. You mantion on your way only once " If they ask for 6 month or year". That is not a proper way of letting know your customers. When we do in person and online explaining might differ. The rest you are doing good. Please keep it up.👍💖🙏
