I played the demo during a Steam Fest a few months ago and really liked the idea, but hearing that it's got a season pass/live service game, for a single-player puzzle game, on top of the 20€ base price is a HUGE turn-down. Guess I'll wait until the game is complete and they release a mega pack or something
There is an online mode. Season pass is only for extra cosmetics
Right. Time to pirate this.
Interested until I heard live service and then immediately switched off.
yeah. $20+$12 for a game that is only a few hours long and has a few levels doesn't seem like a good deal.
Still worth it for 20 imo because it doesn't make the game worse. The cosmetics DLCs and pass just prevents it getting abandoned really. Ace-ing the extra levels takes quite a while so there's plenty of content. You don't need the cosmetics from the mastery pass but it includes free unlocks for people who care.
allready with gamepass
Season pass....live service....roadmap ...Vomit to my ears
Not sure why they had to go live service instead of early access to get more time to fill up the content, but I can't imagine the reason is a good one. I'll be joining the 'wait for the finished thing' crowd.
Some pencil pusher who made them go live service is about to get a real nasty lesson in consumer backlash
This honestly seems like a game that wouldn't benefit from the live service model.
especially with how you described as similar to more polished flash game.
This looks fun and silly, but I have no interest in dealing with liveservice nonsense or season passes.
I played a demo of this last year after seeing a trailer of it on an Escapist Indie Showcase, and thought it was great fun. Felt like i'd just end up ripping my hair out on later levels though once it introduces more systems and mechanics. Bit put off about the component based / season pass model though - i'd rather just have a more complete game.
I would have honestly much rather have had to pay a little bit more for a little more content at launch; than have to wait on a live service model, lose interest in the game and remember eight months down the road that I have a season pass to this thing which I no longer have any interest in.
Single person puzzle games should not be live service or season pass driven, especially when I'm already shelling out the cost of a puzzle game to start playing in the first place. I'll probably run through the base game on gamepass at some point, but def not buying any DLC.
It's primarily a multiplayer game. It's like trackmania x fall guys
Thus looks like a local multiplayer car battle game called BlazeRush that is literally the most fun multiplayer me and me pals have ever had. Blazerush is more focused on killing eachother though.
hey thanks, never heard of blazerush, looks right up my alley with that rock n roll style racing
Why skip the multiplayer when that would be the larger on-going part of the game? It’s the part I wanted to find out about.
The game was reviewed before official release, so we didn't have access for others to play with. It's on Game Pass, can try it for yourself.
Yeah I would have liked to try the multiplayer, but nobody was around. Also, not sure it's actually all that big based on what I saw! Not clear that the multiplayer would be all that long term.
@@Elisenaps no worries. You don’t have a live service season pass game without wanting the game to survive on multiplayer though , right? Who else are you showing off the cosmetics to? Lol.
It will have plenty of people playing initially because of gamepass and it’s up to them to hook that crowd.
And there are so many people in these comments who don’t seem to get the above point. Season pass/ selling cosmetics should equal regularly updated multiplayer. The single player is an added bonus.
I’ve heard they plan to keep adding new tracks, as they must to survive.
I finished the game yesterday and mastered all levels. It was sometimes quiet challenging but also very fun.
Online matches are fun too, but the amount multiplayer maps is not that great.
Wow, instantly went from interested to not when you said live service and season pass. No thanks.
Gotta be honest. The game may be undeveloped but its gameplay and concept is fun asf.
Me watching... this looks cool.
Me seeing live service crap... nope
This seams like a way to practice for the Holliday rush coming up soon. Might be safer too.
Paying 20$ and ingame purchase is cheeky to me! The demo was fun but the milkingcowgamingindustry in the last day killed my fun for most of the games. Sadge!
Ahh hell yeah! This is the natural progression for me playing flash parking simulator games growing up! The golden age!!!
Live service and tapped out
do u know, how can i do a somersault for the daily quests?
Curious that a game that is selling itself on a season pass is on gamepass, a service that precludes ownership so you cant get the seasonal content.
From my time on gamepass, I believe you could buy the season pass, but you'd have to buy the game once it left gamepass or you'd lose access to the game. So you'd end up buying the game anyway, negating the value of gamepass.
Well at least having a "roadmap" makes sense for once ^^
Is it a 4 player local co op game?
if you are busy, video begins at 0:16
Oh my god what is wrong with you people. This is a really good game that is free on game pass and you don’t have to buy any season passes or cosmetics to enjoy it. Multiplayer has been added to since launch and is great.
Looks really interesting
This reminds me of PAKO
will wait for content
sooo, its like minigolf but with cars eh?
There is actually a mini golf game that has car levels like this called What The Golf. I actually thought this was the same devs making a spinoff until I looked it up.
I love this game ❤️❤️❤️❤️ it is so satisfying and funny. It's worth every penny
No! I don't suck at parking!
Battlepass? hard skip lel
Gamepass!
peper peper peper
I'm tearing dat as up
