Thanks Joe Your videos help a lot. Can you please help me. I have upgraded to studio one 6.2 Pro but cannot find the auto zoom button. where can I activate it ? thank You.
Good morning Joe. I am setting up a new home studio and want to stick with PreSonus equipment to go with my just delivered PS64S. Can you please do a comprehensive video all the headphone equipment options available (not actual headphone choices). I want headphones operating at the board and for many musicians. PreSonus has the HP4, 16Mavb, HP60, plus the PS64S on board headphone mixes and the headphone phone app for musicians. And well it's getting confusing on what works best and what works with what. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the good advice as always, Joe! (Love the imitation in the vid! Lol). Quick question.... In your opinion, should I purchase a faderport first or upgrade my audio interface from my current Scarlet 2i2 2nd gen? I do very little recording other than vocals here and there, I'm just looking to upgrade audio quality in a new interface. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Peace.
It so helpful! i was searching the shortcut how to bypass on the individual plugin when i popping the plugin up. but i couldn't found it out. ofc i know allfxmute button on the left bottom side. but i wanna try bypass each plugin while in comparison. sombody can tell me? i really need this funtion. i dont wanna click tiny bypass button myself with cursor anymore
Why in the world would anyone gripe about getting faster at all the non-music-making parts of the process? It just means you have more time to make music! I want to get to the fun part as fast as I can. It’s one key reason I switched to Studio One from ProSnooze and Lethargic. Get me out of mind-numbing menus and routing, and get me to the creativity and fun!!!
Interesting indeed and thank you for the tips! Speaking of creativity getting hindered: is there any way one can force Studio One to use the current computers interface settings/IO on all songs/projects regardless of the song settings? I'm using 2 computers; my main computer at home and a laptop at work (for quick ideas ya know, not like I'm slacking or anything 😁) and I'm getting more and more frustrated at having to import interface settings every time I open my "ideabox" project that I use for getting down ideas quickly before they escape me. Yeah sure it's a sort of a quick process to change those settings via the menu, but it is still long enough for me to forget that initial spark. So tldr.. Can I set the interface I'm currently using as the default for ALL songs, so that I don't have to import settings every time?
hello master, I read in a manual that the akg c414 microphone requires a preamp whose input would be 2.2kohms. However, few preamps offer this type of input. Sometimes, as with the RME quadmicro, a TRS input allows you to obtain this input impedance. Do you have to follow this direction? How does this affect the sound quality? THANKS
I don't know about studiolive64 so much, but I've been using a Mac Mini M2 for about 7 months with Studio One. Much better than the Windows PC I was using before.
Joe.... I know you're a very busy dude, but do you ever respond to comments on your TH-cam vids? Not trying to be an asshole at all, just asking so I don't waste time asking questions/advice on here.
Studio one is really really underrated ! 💖💖 hats off to how simple it make my music workflow
one of my most used key commands by far is global solo and global mute. absolutely love this feature.
These are good;
What a great feature.I must take note of that when I start my ambient works
Hi Joe, great video! When you talk to PreSonus please ask them to add support for RX Connect! :)
You are my best teacher 🙏🙏🙏
Awesome Joe TY!
Thanks Joe!
