2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Red food coloring
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

16 oz Cream Cheese
2/3 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2-3 Tbsp Flour
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Awesome job. When I made mine version 10 years ago the only thing I did different was added a thin layer of icing between the layers trust me it made a difference.

You do yours like mine. I’ve seen people STILL add cream cheese on the cake and top it off with the cheesecake. I think that’s too much. I made this 10 years ago and everyone loved it!! This time I iced it with brown butter cream cheese icing. Sooo good!
