I add little sombu when grinding cocnut. And also if 1 spoon malli/coriander powder, add 1 spoon sambar powder (ration 1:1), 1 spoon chilli powder, its yummy

Because most of them likes the sour (puzhipu) taste. Also adding tomatoes makes a sauce consistency. Adding more chilli/pepper powder or green chilies takes away the sweetness.
