- Everyone's been uploading about "Secret Underground Car Meets in Tokyo", but you know what no one has talked about?! Yup, that's right, the SECRET underground car scene in Dubai!!! I'm not going to lie, when I first flew into this beautiful country, I thought I would see super cars left and right. I did see super cars everywhere, but I was so surprised to see such an amazing JDM tuner/stance car scene as well. Don't believe me? Watch this entire video.

6:15 you don't actually have to convert them, u can still register these GTR's as right-hand drive but you need to apply for a "classic" number plate thats all

Anyways, quick question, do I need to get a license in order to modify my own future car/s here in UAE?(besides getting a driver's license) Is it wise to go all out in terms of building cars here in Dubai or should I do it instead in Japan? There’s one missed out fact , it doesn’t have to be left hand drive to be driven in Dubai , once it reaches the age to be a classic u can keep it a right hand drive and drive around Dubai …and now it’s not even possible to make it left hand drive to drive it in Dubai as it’s illegal currently
