Man, you hit the nail on the head. Everything you mentioned is the reason we are moving there after my wife retires. Both will be retired Army, but still want to work.
@@Keepitoriginalministry Hi. If the land isn’t restricted by CC&Rs you are not limited to residential/commercial/industrial zoning. There are a few county restrictions that pertain to liquor sales/sexually oriented businesses, etc.
Not going to lie. Mosquitos are the national bird of Texas, and Conroe is not immune! I grew up basically living outside, but I always knew where the can of Off was!
As a general rule I don’t publish my opinion on builders publicly. If you want you can email me at jeff@jeffwestproperties.com and I’d be happy to give you my opinion on them or any other builder.
Since 2020, the employment rate in Montgomery County has been growing at about 3% per year, so it is keeping up with population growth. Another statistic to consider, however is how many people have moved to the area because their jobs have allowed remote work. That has been a large factor for the growth, both from the Exodus out of Houston, as well as relocations from around the nation.

And since being back, was I accurate?
@@conroeliving You are 100% accurate!
Let me ask a random question. How bad are the mosquitoes there? Thanks

Politics would DEF be a biggie for me. And of COURSE, price point. Also, Nature ❤❤ Fantastic presentation, Jeff! Git!
Thank you! When the time comes to move you know who to call! 😊
Simple - to get the heck out of Harris County, which is becoming unlivable, especially Houston.
