The centering on Billy Ballgame's Aaron rookie is unreal. Wow.
I totally agree. He got a sweet card.
I like that Baguette Ruth postage stamp. Those are rare. WOW, the "autograph card" has infected the Mid Life Crisis community in a big way. Joe Jackson making another appearance too. What a nice card. Throw in a Popeye card and the 47 Berra Sports exchange card for a sweet price. also, the Culligan man chip and tin together is a nice touch. Those are rarified and are very collectible.
Congratulations to the entire community. May all your cards be rainbows, centered and be a 1 of 1 PSA 10
Some amazing pickups for sure.
So many beautiful cards and congrats to all! Thanks for doing this for the community each month, Graig. You're appreciated.
Thanks so much.
The Frank Robinson rookie cards for 200 and auto for 250 blows my mind, Frank is one of the all time greatest players, crazy how cheap his cards are
I totally agree. He's so underappreciated.
What a freaking fireworks show!!! My head was shaking, my jaw was on the floor… this community is healthy and thriving!! John D’s 49B Berra, Jim C’s Joe D and The Drew’s Ted Williams were all just the kind of cards I could see myself grabbing at some point. So so so well done.
There were some BANGERS!!
Beautiful cards all! Really like both the Musial RCs!!
Agree. Some beautiful cards!!
The midlife community brought some fire this month with some amazing cards.
Absolute FIRE!!!!
Massive card from David, Anson in a 7.5 is ridiculous.
I know. A MASSIVE card. Unreal!!
Great pick ups for the he community ! Congratulations to everyone ! The only thing missing was Craig’s ‘ mind blowing pic ! ‘
Common Graig ! Your the last guy I expected to see drop the ball ! 🤣🤣🤣
Good point.... but I would've used that mind blowing pic on about 30 of the pickups!!
That Spahn 53 Bowman card is amazing, might have to look into that one.
Spahn.. has some amazing cards from the 50's. I'm looking into buying one of his cards too..
Totally agree.
One of my favorite images on a card of all time.
Thank you for showing my early playing days Ruth's from 1921 and 1923! Much appreciated! Special thanks to ASH also! Great great guy!
Great cards. Congrats.
Great pickups congratulations everyone
I totally agree!!
Great job, Graig! Thanks for showing my pickup!
Thanks for submitting it!!
That Shoeless Joe Jackson card is amazing. 17 thousand. Graig, look anywhere and everywhere. So we can go in on this one. Getting my coin purse ready.
I've become friends with the proud owner of it. His collection is incredible.
@@MidLifeCards That's great. I don't know what's it like to have hobby friends.
Wow, this month's pick-ups were amazing! Petty killed it! I loved how excited The Drew was to pick up that Ted Williams! The Shoeless Joe! 1948 Bowman Musial in an 8! Wow. 61 Yastrzemski in a 9? OMG. 33 Goudey Ruth! Darren's exhibits is amazing! Goodwin Champions Cap Anson in a 7! How do these even exist? They are like 150 years old. It's insane. There is so much fire this month. Thanks for putting all this together, Graig!
It's a lot of work, but a lot of fun!!
Fantastic month for the Midlife community! So incredible cards were purchased.
Totally agree, Jason. The community hit some home runs this month!!
The super large amounts these guys are spending on cards blows my mind!!!
Some really amazing and rare cards. Really awesome to see them all!!
Always a good watch. Thanks Graig! Love all the rich variety of pick ups.
Definitely rich.
Awesome cards, for sure!!
Love your monthly videos as it spreads the hobby goodness. Thank you Graig for doing these videos
It's a lot of fun putting these together. VERY time consuming, but very rewarding.
@@MidLifeCards if you ever need help, let me know. I know it’s a ton of work. Heck, I do one - two videos a month w/o special effects or edits and it’s so time-consuming.
@@TJ_Is_Online It is time-consuming. Even as a viewer and commenter. Rewarding...yes, TH-cam can be. But it's difficult I think to be disciplined, and balanced. One of my goals, is to watch 5 hobby related videos a day. Sometimes it ends up being more than that. Haven't really figured out a way to spend less time... especially feel it on the days of the live-streams, which I enjoy, but there's certainly a lot of content to consume. Would love to be able to support everyone's channels. Just only so many hours in a day. This ties into the theme of the question I asked Graig, if he plans to cut back any on the content; with being back at work.
Great video, Graig. The state of the Midlife community is STRONG! Such amazing pickups. Robert’s 1961 Yaz was gorgeous and it has got to be one of the best example in the entire hobby. I can’t help but think after blowing our budgets at the National, many of us will be submitting bargain bin pickups in August, which is actually kind of cool, because those are some of my favorites to see. Kevin’s Burger King Tiger cards were awesome and a smoking deal for $3! Cheers everyone and Congrats on your pickups!
That state is strong, indeed!!
I like the '71 Wilt but I'll take both rookies and the '69 tall boy over it
I'd rather have the rookie. But, I like the 71 better than the tall boy. Just my opinion, though.
Hi ive been buying rare vintage hockey im so happy ..great looking cards
Awesome. That's a great choice.
Awesome showing from the community this month! Loved your dad's 53T! The David's are bringing fire with the 30 Baguer and the Goodwin Anson!! Tony came to play, love his Shoeless Joe! Petty picked up some fire!! I'm glad his Wagner is much nicer than mine! Pete's Ruth is great! It was fantastic seeing how happy he was to pick that up at the National! Thanks for making this one!!!
You did pretty well yourself, young man!! :-)
@@MidLifeCards Haha! I enjoy when everyone else buys stuff they love.
@@returntocollecting I enjoy seeing what you buy, as well.
The midlife family never ceases to amaze. Gorgeous pick ups throughout the community. Well done everybody. On to😊 the next!
Totally agree. So much fun seeing everyone's pickups.
That was an amazing pick up month for sure
Yourself included!!
That’s a lot of great pick ups!!
Agreed. Incredible cards.
Great video! Amazing pick ups!
I totally agree. Pumped for so many people.
So much fun to see everyone's cards. Thanks Graig
Super glad you enjoyed it.
Who is on that Colgan's Chips card? That's a wicked cool pick up
I'm not sure. That's Keegan of Vintage Goats who bought that.
😮😮😮 epic pick ups throughout! Graig, I would throw fruit at the screen, but we only have expensive organic fruit. my wife would be upset with me, so here comes the next best thing:
🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍊🍋🍍🍌🥑🍏🍈🍐🥝🥭🥥🍅🍋🟩🫐🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍊🍋🍍🍌🥑🍏🍈🍐🥝🥭🥥🍅🍋🟩🫐
For all you haters out there, it turns out avocado is a fruit, so take that! 🤣🤣🤣
Graig, I appreciate you and the work you put into these epic-sodes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
LOL. I love it.
Wow love so many of these cards. The ‘77 Jackson proof on the Orioles is a really cool card. Any Joe Jackson is amazing. That Brown in a 3 is really sharp for the grade. Congrats to 3D 80s on the DeLong Foxx. I love the green color on the Bender portrait. That ‘61 Yaz what a blazer! The Brooks rookie is really sharp great registration. Never seen the Sports Exchange Berra before - a true rookie cool! 1953 Paige is one of my favorite cards congrats to both of you. Not a football card guy but that color on the Bednarik is rediculous! Great ‘55 Snider that one is always a toughie. Beautiful ‘33 Giudey Ruth. Wow David that Anson is a MASSIVE get congrats. Truly beautiful in every way. Nice 49 Leaf Williams what a great card. Sweet Berk Ross Robinson love the photo on that one. Thanks to everyone who shared and to Graig for the time it takes to put this together. Also thanks for including my Musial very proud of it.
Your Musial is a beauty!! Congrats an an incredible card!!
some really cool pickups!
Absolutely amazing additions to these collections!!
I look forward to this video every month to see everyone’s pickups. I love that you have created a safe positive space for everyone to share no matter the price, sport, condition or price. The diversity of everyone’s pickups are what makes this video great. You had modern baseball, vintage baseball, football, basketball, soccer, track and field, gymnastics, Star Wars and even a Popeye card!! I see stuff that I have never seen before. Well done my friend. Thank you for this community
Thanks Tony. I appreciate you.
Insane stuff. Congrats guys!!
Totally agree B man.
Sorry for the delayed response - I'm just catching up on videos. I thought my Ruth was pretty badass, but some of these are just mind blowing. What a month for pickups - I don't even know where to start, but i'll just say Mike Petty's and David's pickups had me drooling. I have a submission for August when the form opens up.
Your Ruth is a beauty!!
Great pickups, gang! Love em' all. Congratulations on your pickups. Recently, I obtained one of my grails... 1948-9 leaf spahn! Had that on my radar and list for years. Take care, Graig... always love the channel and community.
I hope you submit that Spahn in next month's pickups video!!
@MidLifeCards Hello Graig, just composed and sent an email to you at MidLifeCards.
The Judge that I sent In that was showed on here wasjust a trade .no money involved. It's ok.might of put a price in when I sent it in. No worries
Gotcha. Sometimes I just use my best judgement on what I think the submission is intending.
It's kk. No worries
Ty for showing it
Sorry I haven't been watching lately, I got a lot of stuff going on in my life, divorce and other crap, great video as usual
Sorry to hear that. I hope better times are ahead.
Where is the community at very few people care about set collecting around here
99% of collectors seem to be player collectors over set collectors. Commons of most sets have really gotten cheap.
Where are the submissions to be made?
Each month I have a link to a google form that I open for about 2 weeks.
Once again thanks Craig,,,For showing my pickup of the month. T206 Rube Marquard hands at Thighs. “” at almost feel like I’m in the room with everyone in the sport card community showing & sharing pickups. …
It's a great card. Congrats.
